Character Name: Albireo Dreamweaver
Race: Human
Abilities: While Albireo does not conform to any of the set archetypes of magic in the world, that is not to say he is without power. Rather, it is his unique ability to conjure illusions, combined with his secondary ability to see the dreams (and nightmares) of the people he encounters that affords him strength. While disciples of the four schools of magic cannot directly manipulate sentients, Albireo is not bound by that restriction. While his illusions hold no power per se, they seem real enough to those seeing them, and since they oftentimes represent that persons worst nightmare, are more then capable of killing his foes.
Appearance: While not necessarily particularly notable for his appearence, those that meet Albireo are unlikely to forget him. What he lacks in unique appearence he makes up for in his sheer presence. He's six feet tall exactly, with slightly longer then shoulder length platinum blonde hair. His eyes are purple flecked with splotches of green and medium sized. His form is fit, though not particularly muscular (Though his spear arm has caused the death of many a foe!). While not unattractive, Albireo is not particularly attractive either, though he has more then his share of female hanger-ons simply because he exudes a confidence that makes men trust him and women adore him.
Personality: Calm, righteous, mysterious, taciturn. He is a doer rather then a talker, though his philosophy is impeccable, and he is capable of a deep conversation if necessary. He tends to shy away from other people, but that stems more from his status as an outsider then any personality quirk.
History: Albireo makes little known about why he does what he does and from where he hails. What IS known, though, is that he is from nother world very different from this one, and that he was both a very important person in that world and that he was somehow responsible for it's destruction.
Other: Albireo carries only two notable objects. His spear, which is a piece of workmanship far beyond any race in this world, and an amulet holding a blue crystal in it. Any who have tried to remove the amulet have died swift, horrible deaths, and it is said that he speaks to it during the night. Speculation says that it holds the soul of someone once close to him.
