[Firenze] has been kind enough though to give you tips on improving your application (see comment on your applicationwiki). If you follow those tips and don't violate the rules anymore, you might be upgraded :)

Also note that we're quite lazy in reviewing the applications and that it might take some years before we decide. But you don't have to be crew to make the Elftown revolv around you... Just make sure to create a lot of stuff people like and you'll be the boss of your part of Elftown!

Furthermore your application doesn't really say that much about you personally. You have been here for some years, you're willing to do everything for however long necessary, but it doesn't say much about what you have done so far and what you can really do for us.
Lastly, you could've simply asked why it was put in low, but showing your short temper doesn't really leave a good impression.
