Azreal's Home
Kaja snuggled into Azreal's arms as they flew.
Azreal landed outside of his front door. "Are you hungry, little one?"
"A little," said Kaja.
"What would you like?" He asked, carrying him inside the large home.
"Some fruit would be nice and a salad," said Kaja as he looked around the large home.
"Anything you'd like." Azreal smiled. He carried him into the kitchen, and set him gently at the table. "One moment, anything to drink?"
Kaja smiled softly at him. "Some sweet tea would be nice."
"What flavor? I have cinnamon, lemon, strawberry, green tea...anything really."
Kaja thought for a moment. "Could I try the strawberry?"
Azreal bowed his head. "As you wish my dear." He walked away.
Kaja blushed at the gesture and the "my dear" part.
Azreal walked away and returned shortly with a cold glass of tea, a small fruit salad and veggie salad. "Any type of dip?"
Kaja shook his head. "But thank you for offering." He took a sip of tea and smiled. "This is wonderful."
"I'm glad you enjoy it." Azreal smiled.
Kaja took a bite of fruit and moaned softly. "It's been a long time since I've had food like this."
Azreal sat beside him, writing in a thick, black bound book.
Kaja raised a brow at the book. "What's that for?"
"Just writing down the info you told me."
"Ah." Kaja munched on a lettuce leaf. "If you have any questions I'll try to answer them the best I can."
Azreal smiled and nodded. "Thank you."
Kaja returned the smile. "You're welcome." He rubbed at his shoulder blades and winced.
"Are you alright, young one?" Azreal frowned in concern.
"It's just that my wings are starting to grow back and I have bruising all along my back," said Kaja as he slowly massaged the area, trying to relieve the pain.
Azreal stood up and set his writing things aside. "May I?" He asked, moving to stand behind him.
Kaja smiled softly and let his hands rest in his lap. "You may."
Azreal gently began to rub the other male's shoulder, his hands were warm and tender.
Kaja relaxed at his touch, but winced slightly when he touched a bad bruise.
Azreal leans in, whispering softly in his ear. "Forgive me, for hurting you, may I ask that you remove your shirt? I have a herb that can ease the pain, but it soaks through the skin..."
Kaja nodded and slowly removed his shirt, revealing his badly bruised back. They ranged from small to large, light brown to black and blue.
Azreal retrieved the jar of herbs, but almost dropped it seeing his back. "Oh young one." He cooed in sympathy. "You poor dear."
Kaja bowed his head and played with his hair.
Azreal rubbed the herbs into his skin gently. "Kaja?"
"Yes, Azreal?" Kaja asked softly.
"Allow me to care for you..." Azreal asked, more than stated, he wanted to take care for the young one.
Kaja looked up at him, then gave him a small smile. "I would like that a lot."
Azreal smiled softly and gave his cheek a gentle kiss.
Kaja blushed and looked back down at his hands in embarrassment.
"I apologize, it's an old habit of mine, and I'm just so thrilled to have you here." Azreal replied, rubbing the herbs on his back.
"It's okay. I just haven't been kissed by anyone other than my sister." Kaja played with his hair and sighed softly. "My parents died with I was just a baby."
"I'm sorry to hear such a thing." Azreal replied, rubbing his back firmly.
"It's okay. My sister raised me with the help of our uncle and aunt." Kaja sighed and relaxed. "I just wish I could have known them."
Azreal smiled when he was done. "Anything else I can get you?"
Kaja shook his head. "I'm good."
Azreal smiled and kissed his hair gently. "Just ask if you need anything."
Kaja smiled softly. "I will."
Azreal smiled and went back to writing.
Kaja watched Azreal with interest as he munched on his food.
Azreal wrote quickly and easily as thoughts flowed from his mind.
"Azreal, what do you do for a living?" asked Kaja.
"I'm a writer/artist.
.." He replied, smiling.
"Really? Wow." Kaja smiled softly. "That's pretty neat."
"Do you really think so?"
Kaja nodded. "Yeah."
Azreal smiled. "Thank you, I love my job... Say, you have an alternate form, correct?"
"Nagas really have four forms, but we mostly use our second and third form." Kaja gave him a smile. "I can show you those forms if you like."
"Yes, please, I would love to paint you."
Kaja smiled happily. "Where would you like to paint me?"
Azreal chuckles. "I mean I'd like to paint a picture of you."
Kaja chuckled softly. "I know that. I was asking what location would you like to paint a picture of me. I would like to know, because my forth form is very large."
"My back yard has a large wall around it, if you would like to go there." Azreal offered.
Kaja smiled softly. "That's perfect."
Azreal smiled. "Wonderful, allow me to get my things and we can go." He grabbed his easel, paints, pallet and brushes then headed towards the back door. "This way."
Kaja grabbed his shirt and jacket, then followed after him.
Azreal smiled as he came out, the backyard was beautiful. Flowers of every shape and size covered everything. A beautiful, huge fountain sat off to one side. "Would you mind being nude? If so then you can reminded clothed, I just like the natural look." Azreal smiled.
Kaja blushed a little, but shook his head. "I don't mind. Where would you like me to place my clothes so they won't get dirty?"
"You can place them on a statue." Azreal smiled. "And you can be where ever up'd like."
"Okay." Kaja walked over to a statue and laid his jacket and shirt over it. He then toed off his shoes, placed the socks inside the shoes, and laid his pants and boxers on the statue. He looked around for a moment, before deciding to go lay near a bed of tiger lilies. He smiled softly when he breathed in their wonderful scent.
Azreal brought his things over to where he planned to paint, setting up the easel and such. He smiled. "How beautiful."
Kaja smiled happily. "They are beautiful."
"I meant you." Azreal smiled at him, putting paint on his pallet.
Kaja blushed softly. "Thank you."
Azreal beamed. "No need to thank me, just stating fact..."
Kaja smiled softly and went back to smelling the flowers.
"I'm ready whenever you're ready to change." Azreal smiled softly.
"Don't you want to paint me in this form?" asked Kaja as he looked up at him. "This is my first form after all."
"Whichever one you like the most, I want you to be comfortable, happy and natural." Azreal smiled kindly.
"I'm comfortable and happy in all of my forms. It doesn't matter to me." Kaja smiled softly.
"Which is most majestic?" Azreal asked.
Kaja thought for a moment. "Well, my naga form would be the most majestic of the four."
Azreal smiled. "Then that will do."
Kaja stretched out and closed his eyes. He let his magic flow around him and change his body. His lower half changed into that of a green treeboa, his nails grew longer and sharper, his teeth became pointed, and his eyes became snake-like. He opened his eyes and looked over at Azreal. "How's this?"
"Beautiful." Azreal purred softly, starring in amazement.
Kaja blushed softly. "Thank you."
"Again, just stating the truth."
Kaja smiled softly and curled his tail this way and that. "What position do you want me in for your painting?"
"However you are comfortable."
"It doesn't matter to me. I'm very flexible and can be in any position." Kaja arched his back just like a cat would, before lying back down.
"As I said I want you to be comfortable and happy." Azreal smiled, dabbing his brush on his tongue.
"Okay." Kaja rolled over onto his back and curled his tail close to his side. He tucked one arm under his head and picked a lily, holding it in his free hand. He rested the lily and his hand on his stomach. He turned his face towards the sun and closed his eyes.
Azreal sighed in awe, a soft blush on his cheeks. "So beautiful..." He murmured softly.
Kaja smiled softly. "Thank you."
Azreal quickly looked at his pallet to hide his fan boyish starring.
Kaja sighed softly and relaxed, enjoying his new freedom.
Azreal smiled as he began to paint, his work was his life, he would give it up for nothing, and if he gave it up it would have to be for something he loved even more than his painting and writing, which, currently, he loved nothing more.
Kaja wrinkled his nose when he felt something tickling the tip and lazily opened an eye. He chuckled softly when he saw a little yellow butterfly sitting there.
Azreal smiled. "How cute." He murmured softly.
"It tickles," said Kaja as he wrinkled his nose.
"I'll pant him quick so you can get rid of him....almost...there." Azreal smiled. "You can shoo him away now."
Kaja gently shooed the butterfly away and watched him fly to a patch of flowers as he rubbed his nose. "Thanks."
"No problem." Azreal chuckled softly.
Kaja went back into his original position and closed his eyes.
After about an hour Azreal had painted a beautiful, and life like picture of the other male and his surroundings.
While Kaja laid there he had dozed off into a light sleep.
Azreal walked over and leaned down, gently caressing the other male's cheek. A bright red blush covered his cheeks.
Kaja leaned his cheek into Azreal's caress.
Azreal blushed more and ran his index finger over the other male's lower lip.
Kaja purred softly.
Azreal gently caressed his forehead with his finger tips. "Kaja..." He whispered.
Kaja groaned softly and slowly opened his eyes. "Hm?"
"I'm done, dear." Azreal smiled.
Kaja covered his mouth as he yawned. "Okay."
Azreal held out a hand to help him up, smiling warmly as he did.
Kaja took his hand and pulled himself up. "Thanks."
Azreal turned to walk away. "You're- ah!" He tripped over a rock and fell flat on his back, his hand still in Kaja's he pulled him down on top of him.
Kaja closed his eyes for the impact, but when he landed on something kind of soft he opened them. He glanced down at what he landed on and blushed brightly.
"Ughhh..." Azreal groaned softly, his eyes opening slowly. He smiled at Kaja. "Hey, are you ok?"
Kaja nodded slowly. "Y-yeah..."
"Good." Azreal smiled kindly, the pain in his back was nothing, it was over come by the joy of having kept the other from being hurt.
Kaja smiled back and got off him. He moved away from him a few feet, then changed back into his human form. He walked back over to him and held out a hand. "Are you alright?"
"Yeah I'll be fine." Azreal smiled, gently taking his hand and standing up.
"That's good." Kaja smiled softly.
Azreal arched his back backwards and groaned softly, rubbing his spine.
Kaja gave him a concerned look. "Are you sure you're okay?"
"I may have landed on my back wrong."
"Can I take a look?"
Azreal nods. "If you'd like..." He turned around and lifted his shirt.
Kaja gently ran his hands along his back. "Tell me when it hurts."
Azreal sucked air through his teeth and groaned softly in pain as his back was touched.
Kaja summoned up his magic to heal Azreal's back as he ran his hands up and down.
Azreal sighed in content.
Once he was done Kaja lowered his hands and smiled. "Done."
Azreal turned and looked at him, smiling. "Thank you." He placed his hands gently on the other male's shoulders.
Kaja smiled back. "You're welcome."
Azreal looked into the other male's eyes.
Kaja blushed slightly at the stare.
Azreal blushed and looked away. "I'm sorry, your eyes are just so beautiful."
Kaja smiled softly. "Thank you."
Azreal caressed Kaja's cheek gently. "I've never see anyone so beautiful, so inspiring, your personality and outer appearance are the most beautiful I've ever seen."
Kaja blushed and looked down. "No one has ever said that about me."
Azreal gently lifted his head with his fingers, he looked into his eyes. "Oh but you are."
Kaja gave him a small smile. "Thank you."
"No need." Azreal smiled.
Kaja smiled back, then started to look around for his clothes.
Azreal gets his clothes for him and hands them to him. "Here."
Kaja smiled softly and took them. "Thanks." He changed into them, but left his jacket off.
Azreal smiled. "No problem."
Kaja covered his mouth when he yawned. "Do you think you can show me to my room so I can take a nap?"
"Again not a problem." Azreal gently took his hand. "This way."
Kaja smiled and gently squeezed Azreal's hand. "Okay."
Azreal lead him gently through his home to a spare room, painted in soft orange colors and greens. "Here you are."
Kaja smiled when he saw the room. "It's cute."
"I'm glad you like it." Azreal smiled.
Kaja walked in and looked around for a few moments, then turned and smiled at Azreal. "Thank you for letting me use this wonderful room."
"No problem."
Kaja walked over to the bed and sat down on it. "This is really comfy."
"I know I enjoy the beds here."
Kaja flopped back against the bed with a loud sigh. "It's wonderful."
"I'm glad you enjoy it, if you need anything just ask."
Kaja gave him a thumbs-up. "Will do."
Azreal nodded and turned, leaving the other to be alone in his room.
Kaja crawled under the blankets and curled up, closing his eyes as he drifted to sleep.
Azreal went to the garden, watering his beautiful plants.
Kaja woke up about an hour later and stretched. "That was a nice nap."
Azreal had fallen asleep in the garden.
Kaja got up and went to look for his host. "Azreal?"
Azreal laid in the garden.
Kaja looked everywhere, but the garden and headed there right now. After a few minutes of looking he found Azreal and walked over to him. "Azreal?"
Azreal's formed laid in a bed of wild vines, some of them had started to creep up around his body, he had no shirt on so his white furred chest was showing, his long clawed right hand lay over his stomach, his left lay by his head. His lips were parted softly and he looked peaceful.
Kaja smiled softly and laid down beside him. He snuggled close and closed his eyes.
Azreal's long, black and white striped tail curled around the other male, as he turned and cuddled him in his sleep.
Kaja sighed softly and rubbed his face against Azreal's furry neck.
Azreal woke up, yawning softly.
Kaja happily slept on, enjoying the warmth coming from the other male.
Azreal blushed seeing the other male curled up at his side.
Kaja snuggled a little closer to him.
Azreal blushed more. "Um...K-Kaja?" He murmured softly.
Kaja groaned softly. "Five more minutes," he muttered as he buried his face in the crook of his neck.
"Kaja..." Azreal whispered, gently shaking him.
Kaja opened his eyes, blinking a few times, then looked up at Azreal. "Hm?"
Azreal smiled. "Good morning."
Kaja returned the smile, then went back to resting his head in the crook of his neck.
Azreal chuckled softly and gently scooped him up. He carried him to his room.
Kaja sighed softly and looked around when he was being carried.
Azreal smiled and gently laid them in bed.
Kaja cuddled close to Azreal.
Azreal held him close to himself, dozing back off.
Kaja curled up close to him and started to doze off.
Azreal purred softly in his sleep.
Kaja gently nuzzled his neck as he slept.
Azreal woke up several hours later, blushing softly.
Kaja yawned softly and opened his eyes, blinking a few times.
"Good morning..." Azreal murmured softly.
Kaja smiled softly at him. "Morning."
"Sleep well?"
Kaja nodded and rested his head on Azreal's chest. "You were nice and warm."
Azreal blushed softly.
Kaja smiled and lazily traced small patterns on Azreal's chest.
Azreal purred softly.
Kaja chuckled softly and continued to draw patterns.
Azreal purred louder.
Kaja gently nuzzled his chest, smiling happily.
Azreal cleared his throat. "Should we do something?"
Kaja looked up at him with in confusion. "About what?"
Azreal chuckled softly. "I mean should we participate in an activity of some sort?"
Kaja just shrugged. "I don't really care what we do."
"We can have dinner, or something?" Azreal asked softly.
Kaja smiled softly. "Dinner sounds nice."
"What would you like?"
Kaja shrugged his shoulder. "I don't really know."
"Spaghetti and meatballs?" Azreal suggested.
Kaja gave him a confused look. "Spaghetti and meatballs? What's that?"
"Come on, I'll make it for you..." Azreal smiled and held out his hand.
Kaja smiled softly and took Azreal's hand. "Alright."
Azreal kissed the back of his hand softly, blushing.
Kaja blushed softly and looked down at the floor.
Azreal smiled, but pulled away, whispering something softly.
Kaja looked up at him in confusion. "What was that?"
"N-Nothing." Azreal blushed softly.
Kaja nodded slowly. "Okay..."
Azreal smiled. "Shall we?"
Kaja smiled back. "Okay."
Azreal held out his hand for the other male, giving a beaming smile.
Kaja placed his hand in Azreal's and smiled warmly at him.
Azreal lead him through the home. "So when will you have to return home?"
Kaja bit his bottom lip out of habit as he thought. "I'm not really sure. I wanted to return home as soon as possible, but..." He looked up at Azreal. "I'm finding myself pushing back that idea and just contact my sister to let her know that I'm alright."
"Why are you changing your mind?" Azreal looked down at him.
Kaja gave him a warm smile. "I found a reason to stay and I don't really want to go back to the way my life was before. All I ever saw was the forest. This is my first time being away from home and I want to see as much as I can."
Azreal smiled at him. "What ever makes you happy."
"I'm happy as long as I'm with you, Azreal," said Kaja.
Azreal blushed softly. "Really?"
Kaja nodded. "Really."
Azreal hugged the young man gently.
Kaja hugged him back, smiling happily.
Azreal blushed. "I'm sorry."
Kaja looked up at him in confusion. "What for?"
"That was uncalled for..." He said softly, looking away.
Kaja cocked his head in confusion. "What do you mean?"
"I had no right to hug you in such a way. My apologizes."
Kaja smiled softly at him. "It's okay. I'm rather fond of hugs."
Azreal smiled at him. "You're so kind."
Kaja shook his head. "You're the kind one here, Azreal. You're letting me stay with you and you've taken great care of me."
Azreal smiled. "Thanks."
Kaja smiled back. "You're welcome."
Azreal smiled warmly at the other male, swishing his tail slightly.
Kaja smiled back happily.
"So what shall we do now?"
Kaja rested his head on his shoulder. "You said that we could have spaghetti and meatballs."
"Ah yes." He headed to the kitchen.
Kaja followed after still not used to such a large house.
Azreal began to get out the things to do it.
Kaja sat down in a chair and watched him with interest.
Azreal began to cook the meat and boil water.
Kaja watched what Azreal was doing, hoping to learn as well.
Azreal looked at him. "Are you allergic to any foods?"
Kaja shook his head. "Just pollen."
"Ok." Azreal smiled. He continued to cook, humming softly.
Kaja smiled softly as he watched him.
"Tell me more about you." Azreal asked in interest.
"I like lying in the sun and my sister always finds me either up in the tree or in a sunny spot sleeping." Kaja smiled softly.
