I certainly don't mind talking to folks, offer encouragement, and/or whatever else may be needed, but to be honest I'm very bad about getting to my PM's and my GB messages. I get really wrapped up in projects and so I don't get to them as often or as readily as I'd like. ...And then I'm trying to refresh and uplift Elf12, so I sometimes get lost over there. :P

2008-10-12 [Ramirez]: You know, you're helping far more than you really realize. You don't need to try and divide your time so you can have one of these positions. Though I'd be glad to give a an official title as a Believers Name-tag Designer or something along those lines.

2008-10-16 [Artsieladie]: I hope so, but actually, it's not a position or title so much I was concerned about, just wanting to be more helpful or useful really. I just mentioned my above comment to kinda' let you know that I haven't forgotten this page is here nor that I haven't given it some thought. hehe I'm enjoying making the nameplate/banners and before they leave my Photoshop factory, they are *whispers* _{subjected to a highly concentrated environment of... well, you know....}. *winks with an ebil grin*

2008-10-16 [Ramirez]: lol, I understand you not fishing for a title or anything. I just personally think you're helping enough and you're so involved that giving you a title might be a guide for people looking for certain things that involve you're making that they need to know about o_O

2009-01-25 [Ramirez]: Well, I've still been thinking about the co-manager (vaguely, but I have some ideas). However, Counselor and Recruiter we could definitely use right now. Since you're really active on ET you say, I don't see a problem assigning you one or both positions. As a Counselor, you don't have to worry much about talking to people unless you feel you should, for the most part, I think, people will come to you. As a recruiter I just ask that if you see anyone you really think would enjoy I believe in Elftown just drop them a note. Does that sound good?
