Bent Tree Trap

The Ranger bends a tree creating a sling-like contraption. The tree bends willingly though, and is, thus, in complete control as to when and how powerfully to straighten.

-may have 2 different snares: lasso/net. net affects more targets, but has a longer setup, lasso only hold one target but may be used to catapult the opponent.
-setup time 3-10 sec (lasso, net)
-if the lasso is used, the ranger may suggest the target be flung (as well as the direction in which this should happen) 1 sec
-total time: variable since other traps may be added and used
-may be used in combination with other traps (!!!).

Downsides:
-hard to cammo (nigh impossible for the experienced opponent since they would know where to look)
-requires a propper tree (thus making it impossible to bend a whole forest)
-easily eascapable in it's more basic form (opponent cuts the rope/net from which he's hanging- this however requires a blade/strong teeth)

animation(s):
1. the ranger asks/convinces/coerces the tree to bend and grab it's own roots with it's upper-most branches (hugs the tree)
2. he then attaches a rope that is attached to the snare (the snare may be a lasso or a large net) (kneels and does some hand gestures next to the trap's required position)

combo animation:
the ranger attaches a different snare (kneels and does some hand gestures next to the trap)
tells the tree where to throw the target (hugs the tree)

-bent tree+bear trap as snare= instead of the normal lasso of the BTT, you get the chompy teeth and chain of the BT. the bear trap has a higher chance to cause bleeding and break bones. The bleeding is more powerful (+25~50%). Greater pain is inflicted when bones break (30~50) and the resulting movement speed loss is higher.

-bent tree+spike pit as landing target= the tree tosses the target in the direction of the pit. this has a 50% success rate. the spike pit's insta-kill chance is increased dramatically (2%->20%). note that even so, it's actual insta-kill capacity is 10% since the tree misses half the time. The pit's bleed damage is increased, the poisons have a higher chance to affect the target.

-bent tree+bear trap as snare+spike pit as landing target= painful.
others i have yet to write about, but mainly consist in hurling the unfortunate taget into something or another.
