My special skills


A friend of mine once said he sees himself as an archer: he chooses a dark corner and shoots his arrows from there, without being seen. You know archer act from distance; this is how he does it. Each time we had a fight it was through sms or email or messenger. So I answered that, metaphorically speaking, I`m like a mage and swords fighter at the same time: I can attack from distance (oh I`m so diplomatic sometimes that I make the other do or think what I want believing that it`s what he or she wants. John -the friend above- calls that “hypnotizing spell”), but when it`s about fighting face to face I don`t avoid it and usually I win. That`s why each time we fought, when we met, the archer was defeated, we never argued face to face. And he avoids it because he knows his arrows are useless in front of a sword.

By the way, remember when I said I can stand every psychic shock? I call that using a “healing spell”. Oh and he thinks that his arrows can hurt me.. Ha! I also have protective spells to create a shield. You see I`m much stronger than him. An archer is protected only by distance, but if you get too close he`s dead. He answered that by remembering me the LOTR scene where Legolas is attacked from behind when he was putting the arrow in his bow and he killed the guy with the arrow. And I told him that, first of all, a sword is longer and stronger than an arrow, and 2nd, you can`t fight with arrows in a close combat all the time. Of course, I have weak points too: I can`t see in the distance during a fight because I must pay attention to the enemy in front of me. For example, I usually think of the situation in front of me, only the next move and I improvise so that I win in the end. I rarely have long-time plans. This is why a swords fighter and an archer would make a perfect couple in battle: he lets me know what`s further and protects me from ennemies too far away that I can`t reach, and I protect the tree he climbed in so that he doesn`t get killed by someone down there that he can`t reach. Am I right or am I right? Of course, me being a swords fighter and a mage is a metaphore, although I know a few love spells ^_^. So, what kind of fighter are you?

These are the things I can do and that could be seen as spells in a fantasy world:
- hypnotizing spell,
- distracting spell (when I protect myself from being hurt by making the other think about something else – it`s like avoiding the combat without my enemy to realize it; I also use “fake spell”, I make the other believe I wanna do something else so that I can catch him not ready – so, vulnerable),
- healing spell (here I can also write about the “magic hands”: sometimes when I put my hands on a place that hurts, sooner or later the pain disappears. Of course, it doesn't work all the time, I don't have paranormal powers *lol*),
- energy spells (here`s about 2 things: 1st, when I have physical contact with someone, when I`m hold for example, I steal that person`s energy – like an energetical vampire; 2nd, when I`m in the nature, in front of the sea, in a forest or lying on the ground I “recharge” myself with energy),
- protective spells (hypnotizing and distracting are also used for protection; then comes irony, jokes and more things, but I won`t tell you more, it`s a professional secret)
- persuasive spells (and I`m so good at it…),
- cameleon spell (I can change the visible part of my personality completely – but for a quite short time – like 2 weeks, or, in less important cases – let the other see only what I want him or her to, or what could give me an advantage in front of him or her – like always being nice and sweet and understanding with my boss… I`m so evil ^_^);
- and of course, the dark part of magic, curses (I did it twice, without even thinking it would work, and I was scared to see how well they worked… and I really don`t wanna use this power I have. To make a long story short, when I broke up with my first boyfriend - that was also the first man I made love to, and we were engaged, and I did things for him that you can`t even imagine – I did it because he cheated on me, with a girl who was ugly, fat and stupid, only because she was working and I wasn`t at that time, so she could give him money; so I cursed her, wishing her with all the hatred I felt then, to happen to her everything it happened to me because of what I did for him and because of her; such as lose all her friends and argue all the time with her parents because of him, love him without being loved or at least cherished or respected, become his slave and being treated like she didn`t worth anything, suffer because of him and being ignored by him, always being cheated on, never being able to trust him, always see someone else between them and so one and so far – and everything came true, as I found out later… I regret it right now, and I hope the curse ended - I added at his end that she shouldn't find peace untill I forgave her - and I did. Again, don't take it wrong, I was blinded by pain and hatred and that's what made the curse work. There was no magic or voodoo or stuff like that).

Wow, I have more mage skills than I thought, now that I wrote them down!

It is said that the water signs (Pisces –like me, Cancer and Scorpio) have the power to make the things they wish for another happen – for example curses when they hate and good things when they love – when they wish it with all the power of their feelings for that person. We have the power of the thought, like the Air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) have the power of the word, the Fire signs (Lion, Sagittarius and Aries) are usually leaders and they`re quite violent, they`re people of action, and the earth signs (Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo) have the power given to them by money and career. I read very much about signs and I can tell you it`s an useful knowledge, you get to know people better without them to tell you much.

And don`t laugh, this stuff is true! For example, Pisces usually have the head in the clouds, they don`t really live in the material world, but in their own, they`re not very practical so usually they`re lost when`s about material things – like money – that doesn`t have too much value in their eyes so they spend it very quickly and in large amounts; they`re attracted by mystical (paranormal stuff, the power of crystals, feng shui, zodiac signs, every kind of divination etc.) and religion things – that`s my mage side; when they love they don`t care about the other`s defaults, because they re-create their lover in their personal inner world; they aren`t too interested in sex, because a simple caress is enough for them; but I am quite material (I mean I want to have enough money to live decently and I work for that, even if I could live very well with the money my dad gives to me – but I want more, because I like having all kind of things for my own comfort and pleasure – such as decorative stuff), half of the time I have my feet on earth – my swords fighter part - I think about a serious career that can offer me the financiar support for everything I want to do, I`m quite critical when`s about the one I love, I have some clear expectations from the man that wants to be with me, I`m very sexual, and so on. Why am I not like usual Pisces? Because my ascendent is Taurus – the sign that has these characteristics.
