FMI- [Nocturnaliss]

-Name: Isabelle Apel, but I have many names on the web... Nocturnaliss here, Mins/Minnie for certain friends, and Drisa in other places.

-Age: 29, soon going on 30 :X

-Place of Living: Belgium. The country in Europe, not the city in Illinois.

-Occupation: for now, I'm working in retail. But I like to think my true occupation is to just be myself.

-Questions about the content of the house:

*How were the graphics/pictures made?
Pencil and paper, which is all I really use. I do have a tablet, but I rarely use the poor thing. I prefer the feel of paper and turning it around in every direction just to get the lines flowing as I want them. Dabbled some with pixel art as well, which I currently use for cross-stitching references.

*Tell more about the poems on your house.
Hmm. I guess what I can say about those ones is that, no matter what may one day break your heart, love remains the most amazing and powerful emotion there is to feel. It's something that can but brighten your days.

*How often do you update it?
Hmm, not enough, really. I haven't updated it in a while, mostly because I'm satisfied with the way it currently looks.

-What is it you do mostly on Elftown? (chat/build/wikis etc.)
Check messages and updates, and keep in touch with people here. I've unfortunately not been working much on the few Wikis I've started, what with life taking precedence. I've not been a good Elftowner.

*Is there a particular thing you like about Elftown, such as a specific wiki?
You know what ? I just love the Secret Santa wikis. Everybody gathering round the virtual Christmas tree to share a gift with one another, and making everyone happy... it warms my heart. I love it, and love participating.

-Is there a member whose house you really like yourself? Why do you like that house?
If I had to pick just one, I'd say Silverfire's. I love the way her house is organised, the quotes and random (or are they?) words between more serious information that's still delivered with humour. ... and the Moocow.

-Have any critique/comments/suggestions/admiration etc. on a specific Elftown matter?
That's really difficult to answer. I could critique the latest change in picture uploads to your house (I'm sorry, I just don't like it), but in the end it doesn't change the fact that Elftown is the only place I know of, on the internet, that feels like an artistic home to me. People can easily talk to each other through messages and diaries, and share pieces of themselves through wikis (and I LOVE the wiki system). If I had any suggestion to make: it'd be nice to have a sort of gallery system for pictures. I love the wikis, but when it comes to pictures and nothing else, they're just not all that practical.

-What is your message to all Elftowners?
There's so much I could say... but I think I'll just say: be true to who you are. Your life is your own, it's yours to lead, and you're the one living with yourself your entire life. Live it fully, live it well, find happiness and hold on to it.
