2005-11-26 [Mr. Wonka]: No it is not that. You are alone, in a castle filled with demon and you have to dismentle them, to sqush them, to see that they rest in pieces, all of that with much... STYLE! Because the hero, Dante, is one the classiest heroes in the world! It is basically a beat'em all in 3D with a little bit of reaseach. The 1 and 3 are cool, the 2 is lame I think...
2005-11-26 [diabetickid]: & the flippin fight system for them is awesome its awesome looking but not a button masher like Prince of Persia 2,i seriously recomend it.the way to put it.....its a 3rd person fixed camera angle game in which u play a half demon dante whos dad was this legendary knight sparda who saved the human race from the very thing he was....demons so u go through the game basically trying to finish what ur dad started & u pick up bitchin weapons & fight some awesome enemys & upgrade ur moves & shit via this statue
2005-11-26 [Faulty Limerence]: Hello. Guess I'll just JUMP right in. Two was VERY lame. Personally though, I think all types of games are pretty fun. First person shooters can be very exhilerating (Call of Duty 2) and RPG's are some of my favorite games because of how deep the stories are (Final Fantasy VII). I also love platformers because of the sheer fun factor (Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal)

2005-11-26 [Faulty Limerence]: Well some RPG's have real time. In fact it's a recent trend. I don't like it all that much. There's so much less strategy involved when it's so urgent. I like being able to sit back and plan my fights and to find different ways to go about it rather than to have to kill something quickly just so it doesn't kill me.

All the reviews for FF1 quoted, "I really enjoyed the game, and I thought the musical score was excellent." Out of 10,000 reviews, more than half of those had something similar to that context.

2005-12-01 [Faulty Limerence]: Ok first of all, Squaresoft was one of the most successful game companies ever. Second I only used "Square" as an abbreviation because I beleive Enix fucked up the whole company. Third, their latest releases have included mostly Final Fantasys, yes, but they are still some of the best RPGs out there so no complaints from me. The company will not be changed to "Squeenix". Nobuo Uematsu is a god but so is the man who actually thinks up the orchestral parts for Nobuo's melodies. (All Nobuo does is write the simple melodies.) Personally I can't wait for Kingdom Hearts 2 and Final Fantasy XII.

2005-12-02 [Faulty Limerence]: AC has been out on bittorrent. But they keep pushing back the US release. I think they are going to completely fuck us as far as the completion project goes. They are already not bringing part of the project to the US which defeats the purpose of "Completion Project". And anyway, technically until a couple of years ago, all of the games WERE a final fantasy as they were never really sequals. There are only sequals (x-2 and Advent Children) when there is a huge demand. So Final Fantasy still works as a title.
