Appearance...
- Anka are gigantic eagles, with snowy white feathers that make them nearly impossible to sight on the ground.
- With large eyes and blackened beak, these eagles appear very magestic but are prone to aggression.
- Like their beaks, Anka talons are prized for their obsidian shine.
Habitat...
- Vinincia, Vanaheim
- Normally found in burrows left by Qiqirn, after having driven off the dogs.
- Anka are commonly found as mounts for winter elves, rarely are they encountered in the wild.
Behavior...
- Very territorial birds. Some have even been sighted fighting off Polar Wendigos from a kill.
- Most Anka rarely ever see one another in the wild, preferring instead to hunt alone. However, domesticated Anka are often seen in flights of five or more, depending on the winter elves need for them.
- Anka never spend more than two hours outside of their burrows to hunt, usually only peeking their heads out to scan for prey every few hours.
