Aggressive: Ghillan are very aggressive, although they are rather nomadic and never stay in one place for long, even to do battle.

"Fluent in the skills of Air, Ghillan lust after any fast moving object."
-Wind: (uses 1 Faith) Summons the defensive power of Air. Swirling winds defend the caster against upto Magic Level * damage. Arrow ammo and Thrown weapons do 50% less damage. Wind can be used offensively, but will only do ½ * damage, unless used on Lithic Monsters or Flying creatures then it will be the full * damage.
-Lightning: (uses 1 Faith) Summons the offensive power of Lightning. Blinding flashes with be the only sign as enemies will take up to Magic Level * damage, although foes in water and Automotons can take * + ½ damage. Lightning can be used defensively, but will only protect against ½ * damage, but short range attackers will recieve additional damage per strike.
-Clouds: (uses 1 Faith) Summons the hazing clouds for an aura of protection that fogs enemy vision, reducing their accuracy by Magic Level *.

Whirlwind Spawning (Adult Ghillan only)
"With two blades in their hands, they spin tiny twisters that spawn out smaller, temporary Ghillan from their wake."
(Uses 3 Stamina) Allows the monster to spawn 3 infant Ghillan every turn of that monster. (Whirlwind may be "destroyed" or canceled out by 'Wind' Air Magic.)



Drops
When killed the monster will drop...
- Wind Sabres: (x2) One-Handed Swords that do wind element damage every strike.
- Grey Crystalline Shard (x Threat Level Amount): Allows potion makers, chemists, or alchemists to make any Air-related Potions.

Description

Ghillan are lower class Djinns, and so they are treated poorly by all but the Jann, the only Djinn race below them. Although their wispy bodies spin wildly with the essence of wind, they always look for more powerful speeds from creatures that leave long wake trails for them to find. So they always greedily search for these speedy craft and victimize the travellers that they might control the vehicle themselves. To the inexperienced, Ghillan may appear like a ghost or other apparition, since their bodies are slightly translucent. Since they are Djinns, Ghillan can be captured by talismans or other artifacts if their magic power is outmatched by a powerful mage.
