Powerup Magic, Okolo is one of the few monsters with higher Powerup Magic skills. Taught such magic by the very keeper of the holy forest, Moince.

Description
Okolo was once a human who ventured into the forest of Moince to find a thief who killed his family. When he reached the theif's body, he was in the presence of the Holy Guardian of the Forest, Moince. The great frog warrior nearly killed this trespasser, but Moince's only ally, Rala, hopped into the helpless man's pocket and stayed Moince hand. Okolo pleaded to Moince and Rala to forgive his trespass, then he proceded to tell them of why he entered their holy land. The two guardians forgave Okolo, and gave him enchanted powers a forest guardian. However the laws of the forest do not permit humans to stray deep within its boundries, and so Okolo was changed into a black panther. Partnered in the defense of the forest with Moince and Rala, Okolo has sworn to keep the forest safe from all harm.
