Xail was Xemnas' younger sister, a free loader, who came and left the Organization as she pleased. When Kingdom Hearts was near completion, Xail, plotted with Saix, and Xigbar to overthrow Xemnas, and proclaim a new authority, once Kingdom Hearts was fully completed. But when Sora arrived, Xail used it to her advantage, knowing that he had came to kill Xemnas, so she made herself scarce. When she returned, Xail, found that Sora had not only destoried Xemnas, but also, Saix, Xigbar, and Kingdom Hearts. Losing Saix, and Xigbar was not a problem for her, since she was able to revieve them easily. But what did trouble her was what was left of Kingdom Hearts. She would have to rebuild it, which ment collecting more hearts, and that can only be done with a Keyblade. So now Xail will need to recruite new members for the new Organization XIII, as well as find someone who can will a keyblade....
