Samhain Bailey

      A busy domain with vendors selling their merchandise, only different from other marketplaces and bazaars with the fact that many of the merchants here are skeletons, wolves, and vampires. Magic is performed openly on the streets, and crime barely noticable by a novice of magic. This seems a chaotic place with street performers and other wonders that are so haunting that one will almost gladly give their money away to avoid angering the street denizens.
