Others: The planet is nearing its end; the atmosphere can no longer filter harmful radiation and the biosphere suffers because of that. All things are going through random and often harmful mutations and other kinds of deterioration and evolution. The planet is to be evacuated within the next century and no human is to reproduce on the planet without excessive genetic monitoring. All people that have been living on Terra longer than five years or born there are subject to genetic testing and treatment. The cities and lands are ravaged by crime, strikes and general riots or apathy.

Earth spacestation: Mechaterra 2

The actually functional spacestation Mechaterra 1 was built a decade after the regenians arrived on Terra. It lasted for nearly three decades until protesting terrans managed to destroy the whole thing by blowing it up. Soon after, the building of Mechaterra 2 started, and it didn't take long until the replacement station had been finished. The regenians made sure this station was more secure, and indeed it has been, even if it has received its share of terran mischief.
There are also other more research-oriented small stations orbiting Terra.

Mars

A great artificial city and several other facilities have been built on Mars since the arrival of the regenians. As of now, it serves as a some sort of relocation camp for the escaping terrans and is continuously over-crowded. The authorities are making sure there are no more people around that the life-support systems can handle, which causes more than enough protesting.
There is also a Mars specestation orbiting Mars, but it is considerably smaller than Mechaterra 2.
