Hobbit will be ok, as it means halfling or hurthling, i.e. a regular fantasy race. (no that doesn't mean you can all go and have star wars races, no because they aren't usual)

2006-01-12 [iippo]: I'm not sharing the criteria for the first round, which is character creation. Why? Because then someone would follow it completely to create exactly the character that we want. We want to see the skill of the roleplayers, the character is of no other matter than to see how well you play it. It can be a 5 year old kid, if you can play it well, you can win. You might even win if your character dies. I don't give a damn about characters, but the players skill. If someone can't play anything but fighting, they are not a good roleplayer.

2006-01-13 [iippo]: As for one question that I may have misread (by [kerry555]) -- you do not play more than one character at a time. So one round, one character. The other two will not be in the scene. That is to prevent one person from hogging the entire game by having dialogue with both his charatcers. We welcome up to three characters because at least I sometimes get bored playing one and same character over and over again (kind of like being Orlando Bloom and never getting any other parts than playing Legolas x_X). You tell us before the new round which character you will be playing. To make it interesting, you will not know what kind of round you are entering when making that decision.

After that they will be judged, and when we judges are done with the marking, we will start arranging the actual situations for gameplay. As this is a first-time contest and we don't know how many people will enter or pass to round 2, we can't give a legitimate time-frame I'm afraid.
