[Dracotot]: I dont belive you can "be" your spirit animal, your spirit animal chooses you because of your similarity - your both connected so if you feel "like" you spirit animal its because your both alike.

[Nimune]: no- it's more like that my spirit animal and I share the same form... my body.

[Dracotot]: well in that sense it could be possible! Ive never heard anything like this but the feeling when you connect with your guardian is like this. so maybe you just feel very strongly in that sense. Or its like you say you both through meditation share the same body - it could be your guardian wanted to show you something through them

[Nimune]: Ok, my angel's name is Nimune... go figure. I have several personalities, and I step through them all in the course of the day. In the transition between these different 'faces' I feel myself as a pure spirit, a channeling. I feel energy (you would all call it 'magic') form itself around me, becoming a second skin, except that second skin has wings built in, and a couple of other sensations that I am trying to work out. One of the sensations is a calmness of spirit, so I know that it is not a demon, and there are no impulses during this time, just a sense of unbridled freedom, so it is not a fey.

[Cati Stormweaver]: today when i was lying in bed, i was crying because i had just got rejected by my crush, and i started to hear something, i closed my eyes, and saw my dragon, faintly though, but i could tell he was a rd dragon, western style, i asked him why did he say no, he answered simply because he does not like you... then i opened my eyes, then reliezed i had forgot one more thing, so i tried to get back into the trans, and asked him his name, but the connection was fading, and all i know is that his name begins with a S ^^

[Nimune]: I don't know about 'night' but it can take the form of pure energy, and if it manifests itself during the night exclusively then there is your answer.

[SAHS]: I never had faith, and I felt perfectly justified in my belief that all faith was stupid. But then I found out about Witchcraft, and after doing a bit of research it made perfect sense to me. Why look above for guidance when so much in this world speaks of divinity? Lost faith is difficult to recover, but eventually, if you really want it, faith will return to you. At least, that's my personal philosophy.

[BarleySinger]: I've said it before and I'll say it again. Cutting is a totally understandable and Sane response to totally horrible and insane circumstances. It does not reflect badly on you, but on the things that have been done to you by others. I would encourage anyone who has so much pain in them that they do SI (self injury) to learn about it, why people do it, why you do it...because you can't solve a problem that you don't understand. Cutting is a reaction to something real. 

[BarleySinger]: As for faith and the devine...its all a matter of definitions to me.  To me, faith is believing in things I can't explain but I know are there (like life itself). To me the divine is not some separate and mystical thing that resides somewhere else, or in some "literal" deity on a cloud someplace. Then again I am a non-theistic pagan (I don't believe in any "literal" deities), but I do believe in nature, humans as animals and a part of life, ect, and metaphysics as real. I'm a scientist at at heart, and I've had too many odd experiences to dismiss what is in front of me. I'm not into denial, not even comfortable denial.

[SAHS]: Yeah, same here. I agree completely. I'm still a bit skeptic about some magicks, but I've had OBEs and such to convince me that such things ARE real and completely possible. That's what led me down this path; the only one down which something had happened to give me faith in it.
