Normally I'm completely desensitized.

It's almost like we make up for poor nutrition but having a ton of it. Here, people seek the full sensation more than they do good food. In fact, I think if people would slow down and enjoy their food, they might actually be a lot healthier.

I'm a thin one too. But I also have a medical condition which forces me to eat slowly or suffer stabbing pain. I also can't eat till I'm stuffed or I'll again suffer stabbing pain. I eat till I'm satisfied, not till I'm full. But then again, I've also got a lightning fast metabolism. *shrugs*
