Of course other emotions by other people can be added, but it would then be better to look for emotions that are different from the ones that are already there..
Initially [Hedda] picked the moods, but I also pointed out the background problem and made some changes. He however would also like emotions that are different from the general ones you can also find on MSN. Which means there should be a number of emotions that can complement [Elegy - gone]'s collection :)

The problem with moving stuff is that it makes it very hard for people who have problems to concentrate. Therefore the animations should never be in the way when you're trying to read stuff. But in the right place, Elftown welcomes your animations

Making animations is a matter for another wiki-page... Elftown Animation Contest is the best page on Elftown I can find about it.
