“Not really. For 7 years I was training and fighting along side Raiju and the last 10 years I was locked up in the ward,”Will said walking.“Maybe theres someone out there for me I`ve just haven`t found her yet.”

Kai grinned "and maybe you'll be alone for the rest of your life"

Katherine looked back at him "I think you're the only one who's going to be ending up along with your jerkish nature" she laughed, turning forward again.

Kai shook his head "Nah, I've had tons of girls...they always end up dumping me though"

"I wonder why" Katherine smirked with an eye roll.

"Well to be honest, it's because women are way too smart. It's like they have a sixth sense. You see, every time I was with a girl, she'd find me with another girl. Life sucks like that"

Draven shook his head "You're terrible" he sighed.

"Well, what about you D-man?" Kai asked.

"Me? I don't have anyone. I had Cassandra but that's something I don't really like to discuss. although, I do hope to see her again" Draven smiled.

Katherine nodded "Yeah, she's that werewolf, she was nice"

"What?! Ew, you dated out of your race?! That's disgusting!" Kai stated, he then thought of Katherine and quickly rephrased his comment "I mean, it's not bad, it's just...weird. I mean, if it were a demon then it's fine because they're practically human the way they look. but vampires don't really go well with werewolves"

Katherine shrugged "I don't see anything wrong with it, love is love"

"You'd date a werewolf?" Kai asked, disgusted.

"I guess, if I felt a connection to him" Katherine answered.

"Okay..weird.." Kai stated.

Draven looked at him "Trust me, if you ever fall in love you won't care what race she is"

Kai laughed "oh, I would, I have my limits. Anything furry is not in my category"

Katherine stood still, waiting for them to catch up and was no walking along side with them all. "how long until the next village?" she asked Will.

“2 maybe 3 miles. Its been awhile since I`ve walked this path,”Will said watching the tree line for trouble.

"It's too bad we don't have a carriage pulled by horses to take us" Katherine commented. With the warm weather she definitely didn't feel like walking for more than an hour.

Draven looked over at her "Katherine, don't complain, it's not so bad. And besides, it's always good to have exercise" he stated.

Katherine rolled her eyes and boredly kept walking.

Kai started to whistle to himself as he walked, keeping himself entertained.

“I could always change into my demon form and give you a ride,”Will said with a smile.

Katherine laughed "That actually sounds like a lot of fun, I haven't done that since I was a little girl" she smirked.

"Well actually you have with-" Kai started but Draven glared at him and quieted him before he could finish his sentence. "She doesn't remember any of that, so keep quiet about it" he whispered to him.

Katherine looked at the two suspiciously, wondering if they were talking about her.

Kai winked at her "Don't worry beautiful, we were just talking about man stuff" he lied with a grin.

"Man stuff? I don't think I care to know then" Katherine laughed.

Will shifts into his demon form and stops to let Katherine on his back.“Hop on,”Will says his nine tails waving lazily behind him.

Katherine jumped onto his beck, her arms around his neck. "You promise not to drop me?" she smirked.

Kai chuckled "Well, he might since he's not as strong as me" he grinned, flexing an arm muscle "So next time, I'll give you a ride, trust me, it'd be the funnest experience in your life"

Draven raised an eyebrow "I highly doubt that" he stated, rolling his eyes. He was pretty fed up with Kai flirting with his sister, especially since she'd already made it clear she wasn't interested in him like that but he didn't want to get into something that wasn't really his business.

“Don`t worry i Won`t drop you,“Will said as he started walking again before he used one of his tails to pick Kai up by his legs.

Kai yelled in protest "Hey, what the heck are you doing?! Let me go!"

Katherine and Draven both laughed "Maybe if you weren't so full of yourself you wouldn't deserve that" Katherine smirked.

Kai rolled his eyes "Yeah, whatever" he commented, not amused.

Katherine rested her head on Will's shoulder "you're so comfortable" she commented, closing her eyes and sighing softly. "now all you need is a built in hot-tub" she grinned, her eyes still closed as she rested.

"I could build you a hot tub" Kai said "I'm pretty good with my hands"

Will sets Kai down and laughs a bit.“Just be glad I didn`t toss you in the over there,”Will said to Kai with a smirk.

"Yeah, fine" Kai muttered. "I need a drink, are we going to be passing a bar at some point?"

“Yea there`s one in town by a inn Raiju and I stayed at,”Will said as the town came into view.

"Awesome, just what I like to hear" Kai grinned "You and Raiju had a lot of adventures together huh?" he asked, happy that the town was really close by now.

“7 years. We went and helped out as many people as we could. We had just got back to my village on my 14 birthday when a group of humans decide to attack. I told Raiju to get out while he could and I`m knocked out and taken to the ward and my village is turned to rubble,”Will said to Kai.

"Ah, that sucks" Kai said "At least you ended up busting out, especially with his help. So on the bright side you're free now" he stated. He saw that the town was only a few minutes away now and was thankful for it. "I'm going to get a drink, you coming with me Will?" he asked

“Sure why not maybe we can get some info on the ward`s other locations,”Will said as they entered the town.

"Good to hear it" Kai grinned "Katherine, time to slide off"

Katherine nodded and slid off of William, walking into the bar and ignoring some of the men that stared over at her when she entered.

Kai winked "she's with me" he whispered to them "You look at her again and I'll have your eyes for a meal" with that, he let an orb start to form in his hand to show he was a demon.

The men blinked and went back to what they were doing.

When Katherine sat down she noticed the bartender put a glass down in front of her "What would you like hun?"

"I- well I'm not sure, I've never drank before" Katherine stated.

The man chuckled "I'll get you something good for your first time" he said, pouring some strong alcohol into her glass and then looking at Will, Draven and Kai "What do you guys want?"

Draven put his hand up "I'm not going to drink, I'm actually going to go look through the shops, I'll meet back up with you guys later" he smiled, exiting the bar.

“Rum and coke please,”Will said shifting to his human form and listening to the conversations of the other people in the bar.

The bartender gave Will his drink and looked at Kai who nodded for the same and gave him the same as Will.

Katherine took a drink and winced a bit "This stuff tastes pretty disgusting" she said.

"here, try this then" the bartender poured a mixed drink which tasted sweet into her glass, putting out a pitcher for her of the same drink and then did the same for Kai and Will.

Katherine tried it and grinned "hey, this is really good" she stated, drinking the rest in the glass and promptly pouring herself some more.

Kai looked at two men sitting at a table, one talking about how he'd wanted to gather up some men to kill some werewolves that were apparently living close near his house. he looked over at Will "Do you think it's anything we should worry about?" he then saw a seat close enough near them that was empty "we could go sit over there and try to listen in some more if you think so"

Katherine grabbed her glass and pitcher and went over to a table where men were playing a drinking game "Do you guys mind if I play?" she grinned

The men moved over for her to fit in "of course not little lady" one of the men winked "You're playing with some serious drinkers here though, the rule is that the first person to drink the whole pitcher of alcohol wins this bag of $400 dollars" he grinned.

"A pitcher? Isn't that a bit too much?" Katherine asked curiously.

"Of course, but maybe especially for you, you look pretty young, maybe it's not for you" the man said.

Katherine grinned "You know what? I'm going to play just to beat all of you" she stated, sitting down.

“Maybe and if things goes south I`ll change and give them something to worry about,”Will said taking one of the empty seats.

Kai followed after him and took the other one. "There are a lot of humans that hate werewolves and vampires and the like aren't there? It's a shame they're so ignorant. We're pretty" he grinned.

Katherine watched as the man counted down from 5 to 1 and then they all started downing their glasses. She drank them one after the other, hardly having time to breathe as she did. A couple of the men stopped after their 6th glass and about half of the pitcher to go. Katherine was still against 3 others. She grabbed the pitcher and started downing it as some of it trickled down her mouth to her neck. The other men not thinking of that looked stunned and started to copy after her. Katherine had started feeling a strange feeling but it felt great, like someone was messing with her brain, scrambling it in a way. It was like a sort of high.

“Yea they either want us locked up or killed. Most werewolves are kindhearted but will fight to defend themselves,”Will said taking a drink of his drink.“Take me for example before I met Raiju I was learning to be a swordsmith like my father and after it opened my eyes to the things around me. So now I fight to protect others so that they can enjoy the life they have made for themselves.”

"You're a good guy, Will, you and Raiju both" Kai said, patting his back. Kai wasn't one to show affection but this guy was really nice, and so was his friend.

Katherine had gotten to her last glass and put it down hard "Done!" she said, half out of breathe. The others were shocked but a couple were pretty ticked. "you cheated!" one said, pushing the table angrily.

Katherine couldn't help but laugh loudly and hard, everything seemed to be swirling and she felt so pumped up. One of the men, a friend of the man's walked him out to save from a fight.

"Here ya go little lady, all 400 dollars as we promised" he stated. "thank you!" she said excitedly. She went to stand up and ended up falling, laughing hard. "Will! WILL!" she shouted, causing everyone in the bar to stair at her "I got 400 dollars!" she slurred excitedly with a laugh as she sat on the floor and attempted to get up again.

The men that were sitting with her laughed "Hey there hun, ya need some help?" one of them asked.

"No, I got it, I just need the wind to stop pushing me down" Katherine laughed, staggering over to Will and Kai "I GOT 400 DOLLARS! All from beating those guys over there!" she said proudly as she giggled, falling again and looked up in the air "Why is everything spinning? oh my gosh, is it an earth quake?!" she asked, suddenly scared but couldn't help herself as she started laughing some more.

Will helps Katherine up and puts her in a empty chair.“Thats great,”Will said as he watched the two men that was talking leave the bar.

Kai chuckled "you're pretty comical when you're drinking, you should do it more often" he winked

Katherine watched the two men that they were watching "why are we watching them?" she whispered. "I know! Let's go follow them!" she stated excitedly.

The bartender came over with some water and bread to help sober her up faster.

Katherine drank the water and started to eat the bread, feeling better afterwards but still had a slight buzz. "let's go get them before they go too far, come on" she whispered, pulling at Will's arm and then running out of the bar.

Kai sighed "how about we just let her do her thing and look for the guys later? I'm tired of moving" he muttered.

“Ok I'm coming,”Will said running after Katherine.“Kai, tell Draven we'll meet at the inn

Kai nodded "Will do" he replied, watching as Will left and took another drink.

Katherine watched as they neared some woods and started following them in, hiding behind trees as she went. She looked back and saw that Will wasn't too far away, she decided to wait for him to catch up before she continued following them.

“Stay close I don't want to fight them unless I have to,”Will says to Katherine while following the men deeper into the woods.

Katherine obeyed and walked closely next to Will.

The two men heard a small sound and looked back, seeing them. "Hey, what are you guys doing?" one of the men asked.

"Bird watching" Katherine said quickly, not really thinking before she said anything.

The two men looked at each other and laughed "bird watching, aren't you a funny one" the huskier sized man snickered, walking towards them followed by the second man. They seemed to be human of what they could tell and the man grinned "You guys are welcome to join us, we're about to go to my house and get our guns to shoot some pesky werewolves" he grinned.

“I don't think so,”Will said shifting to his wolf form and looking at the two men.“You should be running now.”


"you're a bloody wolf?!" The first man sneered "I should have known! and the girl, is she one, too?" he spat

Katherine just smirked "If I were you I'd take this chance to run like he said"

"I'm not scared of some beast like you" glared the man, charging at Will when Katherine quickly stood in front of him and punched him in the face, causing blood to come out of his nose.

"You little witch, you'll pay for that!" the man cried out in pain "Mike, get her, I'll take this mongrel" he glared, running a punch at Will.

Mike nodded and grabbed Katherine who bit him hard in the neck. He screamed out and quickly elbowed her in her stomach, slamming her hard into the tree and whistling loudly. Soon barks could be heard as some dogs started their way angrily, barking.

Will draws the katana at his side and side steps the man and slashes at the mans back drawing blood.“You should've ran,”Will said as he gave the man a sharp kick to the back of the head.

The man fell backward and felt at his head "I'd rather die than run from the ugly likes of you!" he glared, sending two of his 4 of his 6 dogs at Will which jumped up on him and went to bite him.

Katherine tried to get out of the man's grasp but found she couldn't "You know...it's a shame I have to kill a pretty thing like you...how about a kiss before you die?" he asked, pushing his mouth up to Katherine.

Katherine disgustedly spit at him and stomped hard on his foot which was close. He watched as she tried to run and grabbed her, slapping her hard across the face and letting her fall. "Try again sweetheart, just try" he countered.

Katherine glared and stood up, running at him and kicking him hard in his groin so he keeled over and finished off where she'd bitten before. She did it until he was dead and then got up, satisfied until she saw that 2 of his dogs were glaring at her viciously and then jumped at her. She kicked one off that ended up running away but the other tore at her dress, not giving up so easily and it bit whatever it could. She slapped its nose to get its teeth out of her dress and then fell backward as it hauled its weight on her, going for her arm. She punched it so it'd back off and it ran off with the first dog.

Will felt the dogs bite him so he grabs on and throws it back at the man.“Here take your dogs back,”Will said as he throws the other dog in to a tree. Will then readies himself for another round.

The man fell back again, his dog falling onto him. The dogs all ran off from the fight, leaving them to themselves.

Katherine wanted to help Will but she knew he'd want to do this himself so instead she watched, knowing that if it got too bad she'd go in and help him.

The man cursed as he stood up, panting. He took out his pocket knife, walking around him and then lunging at Will with it.

Will grabs the guys hand and delivers a strong round house kick to the guys head.“How much longer can you keep this up,”Will says as he punches the guy hard in the gut.

The man was now beaten up pretty bad and realizing this he sighed, holding up his hand "Please no more, you win" he panted.

“Katherine lets go. I don't think this one will be bothering anyone again,”Will says as he puts his sword away and starts back to town.

Katherine followed after Will, watching as the man lay there still for a moment and then forced himself up, walking towards the direction he said his house was in. "Are you alright?" she asked him "if you want I can bandage up the bite you got from that dog"

“I'm fine see the wounds are already healing. But I am going to need a new jacket,”Will said as they reached the bar.

"You're so lucky that your wounds heal so fast" Katherine smiled, her cheek was hurting from how hard the guy had hit her and she was pretty sure it was going to swell and possibly bruise. She sat down and looked around "Where's Kai?" she asked

“He could be at the inn,”Will said as he got a ice pack from the barkeeper and another rum and coke for himself.“Here use this ice pack it will keep the swelling down.”

Katherine smiled "Thank you, I appreciate it" she said, putting it up to her cheek. "Have you been drinking for long? You seem to be able to hold your alcohol very well" she felt a bit embarrassed at how foolish she'd acted and couldn't help but smirk a bit remembering.

“Only for 4 years. When I turned 21 one of the guards at the ward brought me some alcohol and we had a few drinks. Plus it helped dull the pain of the doctors experiments,”Will said as sips his drink.

"That was sweet of them" Katherine smiled. She'd wished the guards were that nice to her but all she remembered was that they abused her. She put the ice pack down when it started to make her hand wet and dried it on her torn dress. "The nine tails that you get, what exactly is that? I slightly remember you saying you were a werewolf and a vampire as well. Is that another form of your werewolf ability?"

“About 14 years ago Raiju and I came across a Nine tailed fox demon being attacked by a group of humans. We took care of the humans and as a thank you gift for saving its life it gave me its powers and demon form that didn't show until yesterday,”Will said finished his drink.

Katherine was a bit shocked "That's so extraordinary" she replied "Do you like being all 3 different races?"

“Each form gets the job done. And yes I do enjoy it,”Will says while getting up.“Come on lets head to the inn. We don't want to keep the others waiting.”

Katherine stood up and started walking outside towards the inn, she looked at Will for a moment, as if trying to read him and then looked straight ahead.

Will enters the inn and spots Kai sitting in a chair.“Figured you'd still be at the bar,”Will said with a smirk while looking at Kai.

"Yeah, the bar kind of just calls to me" Kai grinned.

Katherine stayed by the entrance of the door, looking back, she felt a bit strange but couldn't exactly place it. "I'm going up to my room now, goodnight" she said before leaving.

Kai muttered "I was hoping she'd stay down here. I have a really great buzz going on and it's the one time I have an excuse for trying something bold" he then cracked his neck "So what were you guys up to?"

“Remember those 2 guys that was talking about killing those werewolves by his house,”Will said looking at Kai.“Well me and Katherine took care of it.”

"Aw man, I should have just followed you guys, it sounds like a fun time" Kai muttered.

Katherine walked up the stairs to her room, feeling hesitant. She sighed heavily, she'd had such a long day. She opened her door, leaving the light switch off since she could see in the dark anyways, but right when she took the step in, she turned to close her door. When she turned around, that was when she heard a click and a fire. It was the last thing she heard before she fell to the ground, her eyes open. She had so many thoughts buzzing through her mind as the blood flowed heavily out of her. She was scared for her friends and for herself in general. She felt suddenly cold and then a numbness creeped over her as she tried to breathe but couldn't. A darkness ran over her thoughts, canceling them out and inviting a new sensation, drifting her off from somewhere far away.

There were 10 men in the room, all had guns just in case they were wrong and someone else had showed up with her. Knowing she was the weakest out of her and Will, they'd chosen her as their target, creeping in from the window. It wasn't an easy job but they were successful and that was all that mattered. They left a note behind as a warning saying "You killed my friend, now I've killed yours. If you want a real fight, you know where to fight me" Once they'd placed the note by her head, they quickly left so that they'd be gone before they were caught, running like crazy and shooting their guns off in the night excitedly.

Draven was a few rooms down and heard the gun-shot. He assumed it was just some riled up towns person and opened his door, seeing the door to his sister's room slightly open. He decided to walk in but heard a noise like a scamper. He looked behind him and saw a man running down the stairs, he seemed very anxious and unnerved. Draven ran after him "hey, you, what's going on?!" he asked, holding the man by his shoulders and creating a scene.

Kai looked over at Draven "Ah let him go, he's probably just some drunk"

The man was speechless and then spoke "I-they k-upstairs, room 35" he managed to squeak out before running out in fear.

Draven had a bad feeling about the man and remembered that the room was his sister's. He felt a horrible feeling sink in and ran upstairs, almost tripping on the stairs as he ran up. He opened the door and saw his sister laying there, blood thickly staining her dress. He panicked, his heart felt as if it had just stopped beating. This couldn't be real...he looked around, as if he thought he'd find someone but found nothing, he was frozen in a state of shock.

Will heard the gun shot and was up the stairs in a flash. He got to Katherine's room at the same time as Draven and sees the note.“I'm gonna kill those guys and I'm gonna do it slow and painfully,“Will said with a trembling fist.

Draven's head snapped to Will "Y-you know who did this to her?" he whispered. He dropped down to his sister's side, holding her. He felt so many emotions hit him at once and even though he hadn't cried for a long time, he allowed the tears to spill. "You can't leave me, Katherine, you're all I have left...please don't leave me...do you hear me?! You can't leave me!" he shouted at her angrily.

Kai yawned and followed up the stairs, when he saw the scene he looked at Will "is this some sort of sick joke?"

A man was hiding under the bed, he was too afraid to leave the window like the rest. He was trembling bad and hoping they wouldn't see him. He still had his gun though, so he felt a bit safe.

Will looks at Katherine and slits his wrist to let the blood flow into her wound.“I said that I'd give my life to protect you and your brother and that's what I'm going to do, Will said before letting out a howl.

Katherine started to become conscious again and let in a breath of air. She saw Will and then his wrists. The first thing she did was start tearing off a piece of her dress onto his wrists to slow down the bleeding "Will?! Oh no, please don't die"

Kai had far too much alcohol to let this all sink in "Man, this is too much" he stated, looking out the hallway.

Draven was happy his sister was alive but he then felt horrible about what Will had done. "Kai, go and see if you can go find a doctor or something...someone...quick!"

Kai hesitated for a moment but then quickly ran out of the room.

"Will, I swear, if you die because of me I could never forgive myself. Don't you do this!" Katherine said, finding herself yelling at him out of fear. She hugged him tightly and started to cry "Please stay with me, stay with us, don't leave"

“Don't cry I'm not going anywhere anytime soon,”Will said as he focused on healing his cut wrists.

Katherine gasped when she heard what he'd said "You scared me half to death!" she stated, glaring at him but then smiling "It's a good thing you are alright"

Draven sighed "You two have given me the fright of my life tonight. I'll be right back, I'm going to go get Kai before he does get someone, it looks like we won't need a doctor after all" he stated, leaving.

Katherine blushed a bit, embarrassed "I guess you won't need these then" she said, taking off the ripped pieces of dress on his wrists. "Sorry" she smirked a bit.

“It's ok but it looks like I won't be fighting for a few days. I couldn't let you die and leave your brother alone,“Will said smiling a little.

"You know, he wouldn't have really been alone, he has some wonderful friends" Katherine smiled "You know, after all of this, I'm really not going to be able to sleep tonight" she laughed. This was the first time in her life she'd ever been afraid of sleeping alone but she knew she'd get over it at some point.

“I`ll be right here so don`t worry. I`m in no shape to move anyways,”Will said looking at Katherine.

Katherine smirked "Well I can't help but be selfishly happy about that" she said, glad that she'd feel safe tonight after what had all just happened. Although, she did feel terrible that he had done what he did to save her and she owed him that.

Draven looked into the bedroom for a moment "Okay, we're going to bed now. We'll see you two tomorrow morning or whenever you end up waking up. You two take care and try to stay out of trouble okay? I've had enough emotions running through me tonight" he smiled slightly, closing the door behind him as he left.

Katherine said good night before he left and grabbed a blanket and pillow off of her bed, draping the blanket over him and placing the pillow behind him. "Is there anything else I can do for you?" she asked

"I`m fine now. Lets try and get some sleep” Will said as he closed his eyes.

Katherine nodded and walked to the bed which still held one pillow and blanket and lay down when she could have sworn she felt a movement right under her, like a thump. She was pretty scared and grabbed her blanket and pillow, setting it up next to Will. She didn't want him to think she was being a baby but she was still pretty terrified after almost dying. She took a while before she finally let her eyes close and drifted off to sleep.

The man that was stuck under the bed waited for them to fall asleep then got off under the bed, pulling his gun out with him. He went over to her door and opened it.

Katherine looked over, hearing the noise and seeing the door shut slowly. She wondered if she was probably just seeing things and looked around to make sure before closing her eyes again. but she couldn't really fall asleep now.

Will hears the man leave but says nothing as he was in no shape to fight.

Katherine stared at the ceiling and then heard a small scraping sound against her window and then the soft pattering sound as rain hit on the window.

The next morning Draven woke up pretty early and went downstairs for some breakfast, talking to a woman he'd met while down there. Kai joined him later on and sat next to him as the woman left with a smile and a wave. "Who's that?" Kai asked, feeling a bit miserable for drinking a little too much yesterday.

"oh, a woman I just met, she's very nice" Draven smiled.

Kai grinned "So you got yourself a girlfriend?" he asked.

"No, I wouldn't say that, but I am going to meet up with her later and help her arrange her place" Draven smiled "I like to help out a woman in need" He then took a drink of the coffee to test it out since he'd never tried it before and spit it out disgustedly "This is foul! How can anyone like this?"

Kai laughed "Maybe it's because you're a vampire. Humans probably have different tastes than us" he leaned back in the chair and put his feet up on a nearby chair and rested his eyes, comfortable. "It's too bad we don't live here" he sighed.

Will awakens to the sound of rain hitting the window and finds that half of his strength has returned.“Think I`ll go get something to eat,”Will said as he got up and made his way out of the room and went downstairs.

Katherine hadn't slept very well last night, only getting about 3 or 4 hours of sleep. She sighed and lay there, comfortable where she was and not really feeling like being around a lot of people right now.

Draven looked at Will as he came down "Good morning, William, did you sleep well?" he asked.

Kai looked over at Will, waiting for his response.

“Yea I slept well. Just need to eat and then I`m going to take care of the guys that shot Katherine,”Will said as he got a plate of eggs and toast.

"Are you sure that's such a good idea?" Draven asked, frowning. "They'd almost killed her and you'd lost a lot of strength last night, it doesn't seem like a good idea"

Kai hearing this felt like stirring up some trouble and went upstairs, knocking on Katherine's door.

Katherine, not knowing who it was, didn't feel like taking the risk and opened the door slowly, seeing Kai standing there and then was relieved. "Hey, what's going on?"

Kai grinned "A certain someone is going to go and take care of some business with the people that tried to kill you"

Katherine looked shocked "He is not!" she walked right downstairs and stood next to Will's side with her hands on her hips "You are not going after them! I can't let you, I'm going to take care of you which means not letting you go anywhere near those men or even fighting"

Kai chuckled "Whipped" he smirked at Will, taking some of the money Katherine had won without her seeing it and whistling as he left the inn.

Draven looked up at Katherine "Maybe you should let him do what he feels he needs to do, although I'm not too fond of the idea myself"

"No, absolutely not!" Katherine stated "And that's final! Now, I'll be right back, don't you dare move!" she said to Will with a glare showing that she was serious and then went upstairs to get a shower.

Draven sighed "Women...which reminds me! I have to go, I'm helping a very nice woman move her things in her home, I'll see you later" he smiled at Will, leaving.

“Yea see ya later Draven,”Will said relaxing a bit. 'Guess I`ll have Raiju take care of those guys then,'Will thought knowing it was his problem to handle.

When Katherine had finished her shower and got on a clean new dress she noticed that she only had a few more that were in great shape where as 2 of her dresses so far were torn up. She'd just have to buy some new clothes. When she was finished she went downstairs and sat next to Will. "I'm sorry for being a bit bossy and maybe a tad bit over-dramatic" she smirked "but I'm only trying to look out for you, and I really just want the best for you"

“Its ok. I just got a feeling that those guys are going to try something again. I heard someone leave the room last night,”Will said looking at Katherine.“We may have trouble sometime today so we need to be ready.”

"So I wasn't crazy, I thought I was just paranoid after what happened" Katherine said, a bit unnerved about someone being in the room with them. "You're right though, we'll just have to make sure you definitely don't find and I'm hoping I won't have to either" she then stood up with a smile "Well, I have to go shopping, do you want to come along?" she offered.

“Sure I need to get a new jacket anyways,”Will says getting up and heading to the door.

Katherine walked beside him and saw Kai with two women on each arm. He winked over at Katherine "Thanks for the money, now I can show these two women a nice time" he grinned, walking into a restaurant with the two giggling women. Katherine looked confused for a moment then glared "That creep, he took my money!" she was thinking about going after him but thought against it. She saw a clothing shop and walked into it, talking to the woman at the counter who was pregnant and letting her know what kind of dresses she wore, explaining it to her as she jotted it down. She then walked around the store, looking at what else they had.

Will just shakes his head and shifts to his human form as he looks at the jackets for one that looks like his.

Katherine walked over to Will "Find anything yet?" she asked.

“Yea this one is the closest match to mine,”Will said as he picked up the jacket.“How bout you?”

"I had to give her the information, I didn't see any of the clothing that I wear here" Katherine replied with a smile, she then looked at the price and paid for the jacket for him and after she did, she looked behind the counter where the woman was standing and saw a gun and the jacket that the man had on that had shot her. She frowned and looked at the woman "Is that gun and jacket yours?"

"Oh these? No, they're my husband's. He makes me bring a gun with me every day, he doesn't feel it's safe for a pregnant woman to be walking around with no defense" the woman smiled kindly "The jacket I just took because I couldn't find mine"

Katherine nodded. Now she knew they couldn't go after him, he had a pregnant wife who was actually very nice, she couldn't do that to her. She looked at Will smiling "Are you ready to go now?" she asked.

“Yea lets go,”Will said leaving the shop.“I have a bad feeling that something is going to happen. Lets get back to the inn.”

Katherine agreed and went back to the inn but stopping before she reached it "I actually don't feel so well, I need to get some blood, I'll be right back. And remember, no fighting!" she smiled, turning and leaving, making her way to the woods.

Will gives a little chuckle before walking into the inn.'somethings off here,'Will thought to himself as he unhooked his swords on his back so he could change his jacket for the new one.

Katherine walked into the woods but not going too far, she didn't want to run into the man from yesterday. She found an animal and caught it, draining the blood and feeling much better afterwards. She heard a gun shot and then laughing, she assumed they were hunting and quickly made her way out, going back to the inn after she had enough blood. She walked up to Will and smiled "That new jacket looks really good on you" She looked over her shoulder suddenly when she heard the door jingle, seeing Kai with the two women from before.

"Audria, Lucille, this is Will and Katherine" Kai said, introducing them.

The girls giggled and smiled at them "Hello! It's nice to meet the both of you, Kai here has told us all about you" Audria grinned. Her friend Lucille nodded and winked at Will "hey there cutie, do you have yourself a girlfriend?" she asked, putting her arm around him.
Audria giggled but Katherine just rolled her eyes "Unbelievable.." she muttered, crossing her arms.
Kai agreed, if only because he had Lucille first and it annoyed him greatly that she was flirting with Will now.

“Thanks Katherine. I`m going for a walk and see if I can`t find Raiju do you want to come along,”Will said walking to the door.


Lucille gasped and glared "how dare you ignore me! You're not all that great looking anyways, come on Kai, take me home" she ordered, walking off angrily.

"Sure" Katherine smirked, amused by how the girl was acting but trying not to laugh as she got up and walked out with Will.

Kai chuckled as he passed Will "good going" he grinned as he walked off with her, cheering her up by giving her compliments.

"I can't believe he wasted my money on girls like that" Katherine rolled her eyes.

“Neither can I,”Will says while laughing.

"Although I'm surprised you turned her down like that, you saying before that you haven't had much time for girls because of training and then with the ward and all. Her attitude was awful but she was kind of pretty" Katherine smirked.

“Yea but she wasn`t the one for me,”Will said walking past the bar and hearing the mans voice that he beat up last night.

Katherine smiled "You're right, your girl will be much more nicer"
The man was laughing with his buddies after they'd just gone hunting, guzzling down some beer.
Hearing his voice as well Katherine looked over at Will "We're not going in there, right?"

“Not unless you want to knock him on his back,”Will said looking at the men and remembering the note.

Katherine laughed "I'd love to, it's just...you really shouldn't be fighting" she smiled "and there are 6 other men in there with him, I hate to admit it but I'm a little scared. I think it's too much right now"

The man looked over their way though, catching a glimpse, he about turned white as a sheet when he saw Katherine alive though. "You're dead!" he stated with a glare, looking at the men he was with "You said you'd killed her"

"we did!" another man spoke up, confused just as much as he was. "Ah well, they say second time's the charm" the man said, loading ammo into his gun.

Katherine frowned and looked at Will "let's go before they come out here, please"

“I know that I shouldn't be fighting but this time I`m not letting them shoot you,”Will said going for the swords on his back.“Just get to the inn I`ll be there soon.”

"Will, no, I can't just leave you!" Katherine said but then she saw him glare at her "You better do as your told" Katherine sighed "Fine...just be careful" she stated, walking off back to the inn.

The man aimed his gun at Will now "So you're the jerk that beat my brother in law up" he said, walking up slowly to Will, the men sitting back, leaving it to him.

“Yea I did and if you don`t want the same thing happening to you I`d turn around now,”Will said shifting to his wolf form and putting away the swords.

Looking shocked at seeing him in his wolf form, he quickly recovered "I'm not running away from you, I'm going to kill you" he laughed, shooting his gun off at him.

Will dodged the bullet and delivered a roundhouse kick to the guys arm holding the gun. “Not before I kill you first,” Will growled at the guy punching him hard in the gut before giving him a right hook to the head.

Raiju just entered the bar as the bullet sailed past his nose, hitting the door behind him "Whoah!" he yelped as he did a quick double-take, Will was in the middle of a scuffle with a ARMED human and neither looked ready to back down, in fact it looked like others might be planning to join the fight 'looks like I missed quite a bit' he mused as he moved closer, standing right beside Katherine.
