“So says the guy that gut drunk last night and flew out the window,”Will smirked while looking at Kai.

Kai sighed "Yeah..that was pretty weird"

Elliott looked over at Kai "you should cut down on the drinking, mate" he laughed.

Kai shook his head "no way, alcohol's my friend" he grinned, his head snapped over in the direction that his mom and Katherine were in, seeing her laughing loudly. He glared and got up, walking over to her and taking her glass from her "Would you stop drinking?! You're an old woman!"

Belle gasped, shaking her finger at Kai "don't you call me old!"

Katherine laughed so hard, she fell out of the stool she was sitting in.

“Is he always like this with his mother,”Will asked Elliott.

Elliot laughed "oh yeah, he doesn't like her doing 'young peoples stuff' as he calls it" he grinned.

Kai sighed "mom, chill out" he looked at his dad who'd come over.

"Come on, Belle, let's go home now!" Jasper coaxed with a smile, at times like this he liked to get her in bed as fast as possible so she could sleep it off.

Belle laughed, standing up "Alright, alright, bye dearie!" she said, waving to Katherine and walking off laughing.

Kai grabbed Katherine up and sat her down on the couch with them. "You're going to have to behave Katherine, I'm not chasing you all around here"

"Yeah, Kai's too lazy for that" Elliott chuckled.

Katherine grinned, getting close to Will's face "your eyes..they're so nice" she whispered

Kai blinked and shoved Will away "My eyes are pretty nice, too" he grinned

Katherine giggled and poked his chest playfully "You're so silly, Kai" she slurred with a smirk

Elliott chuckled "Yeah Kai, you're so silly" he grinned.

“Kai go on and take Katherine back to the inn ok. I`ll have Elliott bring me back in a bit,”Will said to Kai.

Kai grinned "Alright, thanks!" he said, picking Katherine up and disappearing with her.

"Well, you just made his day" Elliott laughed "What do you have in mind?"


“I don`t if Kai had told you that I`m a hybrid or not. I`m a werewolf/vampire/nine tailed fox demon who hasn`t got complete control of my powers yet and I wanted to know if you know someone that can help me,”Will said to Elliott.

Elliott frowned a bit "Sorry mate, I don't know anyone like that. We have professor Taryn but he doesn't really work with hybrids, I'm not sure if he could do it"

Damion sat down next to Elliott "I think he could but he's most likely in bed now, you know the elderly need their sleep" he winked with a smirk

Elliott chuckled "True enough" he looked at Will "Would you like to meet with him tomorrow and see what he has to say?"

Kai had reappeared and set down Katherine to walk upstairs herself but she wasn't able to do it, she just kept laughing and falling on the step. Kai sighed and picked her up, setting her on the bed and laying next to her "You wanna feel something cool?" he grinned.

Katherine giggled and nodded "Yes, what is it??" she asked

Kai took her hand and moved it across the scar on his chest under his t-shirt. "I got this when I was 12 messing around with Elliott, my mom flipped out but it's my first scar" he grinned. "You know, your touch is really nice and soft when you're not hitting me" he smirked.

Katherine laughed "Well maybe you shouldn't deserve to be hurt so much" she grinned, poking his nose.

“That sounds good. I guess I should be getting back to the inn now,”Will said getting up.

"Alright" Elliott smiled, standing up and taking Will back to the inn "Well, you have a nice night Will, see you tomorrow!" he grinned, waving and disappearing.

Kai had walked downstairs to get them something to drink and frowned "Aw man, you're back already? Can I just have like 10 more minutes with her? She's so much nicer to be around like this"

“Sure just don`t do any thing stupid ok,”Will said heading up to his room.

Kai chuckled "Right..stupid, of course not" he grinned, going back to her room and finding her passed out asleep on her bed. "Katherine, wake up You can't do this to me!" he went over and shook her but when she didn't wake he sighed and lay down next to her, putting his arm around her and turning on the tv since he had nothing better to do.

Will gets to his room and unhooks his swords before laying down and going to sleep.

Katherine woke up to breathing on her face and opened her eyes. She gasped in surprise and slapped him "What are you doing in here?!"

Kai yawned and opened his eyes "What? you couldn't sleep alone in your condition" he chuckled.

Katherine glared at him "I'm never in any 'condition' to be slept with, you moron! get out of my bed!"

Kai grinned "Alright, alright, geez, you can thank me later" he said, getting out of her room and dodging a pillow that was thrown at his head before closing the door. He went downstairs in a good mood, getting some coffee. He loved the stuff, it always gave him a kick.

Will wakes up a few hours later and hooks up his swords before going down stairs to get something to eat.

Kai looked over at Will "You sure slept in a bit late" he grinned

“Well I needed the sleep. Have you seen Elliott around anywhere,”Will asked as he sat down.

"Not yet although I'm sure he'll be here soon" Kai replied.

Katherine was sitting at the woods by the river, thinking quietly to herself about yesterday. She knew he was right, but she didn't know how she was supposed to do what she had to do. She stood up and went back to the inn "Good morning, Will" she smiled as she passed them and went back up to her room.

Elliott showed up a few minutes later "Hey, what's going on?"

"Nothing really, it's been a slow morning" Kai replied with a sigh.

Will nods and smiles at Katherine.“I was about to go into the woods for a little training if Kai doesn`t mind getting his butt kicked into a tree again,”Will smirked at Kai.

Kai grinned "You were just lucky, but, I can't do it since I'm going to the underworld soon to find some girls. You know, ones that don't hit me all of the time"

Elliott chuckled "She really doesn't like you so much. Maybe she just had a bad past with guys or something psychological like that"

Damion showed up next to his younger brother and grinned "Or she just doesn't like you two idiots because you're always acting like fools around her"

Kai rolled his eyes at Damion "Nobody asked you, loser"

Elliott laughed "He is a loser, he hasn't had a girlfriend in 3 years now" he grinned.

“I`ll be right back guys,”Will said getting up and going upstairs to Katherine`s room.

Kai and Elliott both watched him walk off "Maybe he's going to murder someone" Kai teased

Elliott laughed "Nah, Damion's right here" he grinned

Damion glared "very funny"

"We thought so too" Kai smirked

Draven was just passing with Raven when he saw Will "Hello Will, we're leaving to see a movie, did you want to come?"

“Can`t right now sis. I`ve got something I need to take care of first,”Will said to Raven.

Raven laughed "Alright, suit yourself!" she smiled, walking off with Draven down the steps and waving goodbye to Kai.

Will knocks on Katherine`s door.“I`m going to see that professor Taryn guy about controlling my demon powers, do you want to come along,”Will asked Katherine.

Katherine opened her door and smiled out at him "I'd love to, thank you for the invitation" she said, stepping out of her room and closing the door behind her.

“No problem. Lets go and tell Elliott and Damion that we are ready to go,”Will said as they walked down stairs.

Katherine walked down the stairs behind Will

Elliott grinned when he saw Katherine "You coming with us, sweetheart?"

Kai chuckled, standing up "Of course she is, she can't be without me for too long"

Damion sighed "Ignore these idiots" he smiled at her. He really was quite fond of Katherine, although he knew he was a few years older than Katherine but he knew that didn't matter since it couldn't have been by too many years.

"I'll see you down there" Kai grinned at Elliott, grabbing Katherine by the arm in a flash and disappearing

Damion followed after him.

Elliott smirked "cheater" he said, looking at Will "You ready?"

“Yea lets go,”Will said to Elliott.

"Alright" Elliott smiled, disappearing with Will and reappearing in the underworld.

Damion was standing with Katherine and looked over at Elliott who showed up with Will "Kai went off to talk with some girls so he won't be joining us"

Elliott laughed "Hey, if he's having fun, so am I" he grinned, walking off.

Damion sighed, shaking his head, looking at Will and Katherine "Let's go see professor Tayrn now shall we?" he smiled at Katherine and began walking.

Katherine blinked and followed behind him.

“Ok lets go,”Will said walking beside Katherine.

Damion looked back at Will as he walked "Have you trained with someone before?" he asked, starting conversation as they walked.

“Yes I have. His name is Raiju and I trained and traveled with him for 7 years before the attack that claimed my family and village when I was 14,”Will said to Damion as they walked.

"That's nice, you must have a very strong relationship with him, then. Tell me, why can't you just train with him then?" Damion asked curiously.

“He left our group to take care of some personal business and we haven`t seen him since,”Will said while walking.

"Oh, well that's a shame. Hopefully professor Tayrn can be of some help" Damion smiled, looking at Katherine, he wanted to ask her something concerning yesterday but he also didn't want to, in case no one knew yet. He finally reached professor Tayrn's house and knocked. He didn't receive an answer and smiled back at them "Just a moment" he said, feeling the door handle was unlocked and walked in to get professor Tayrn.

Will nods and waits beside Katherine outside of the house.

Professor Tayrn walked out behind Damion "Hello Will, nice to meet you" he smiled, looking at Katherine "And it's of course a pleasure to meet you again, my dear. So how can I be of help?" he asked.

“Its nice to meet you to. I`m looking for help in controlling the powers of my demon form. I`m a werewolf/vampire/nine tailed fox demon, or as some call it a 3 species hybrid,”Will said to the Professor.

Professor Tayrn sighed softly "I'm not so sure I can help you in this department, I'm really only used to training demons. Although I can still try to help you" he smiled "Have you at all been practicing, trying to learn on your own?"

“Yes I have. I`ve manage to infuse my katanas with my power and I can make fireballs appear,”Will said as he made a fireball in the palm of his hand.

"Very good! So you've mastered some of it on your own" Tayrn smiled "Could I perhaps see you in your demon form and maybe tell me what you can't seem to control but would like to work on?"

Damion nodded his head over for Katherine to come with him.

Katherine looked confused but looked at Will and left with him as he lead her behind Tayrn's house.

“Sure,”Will said as he shifted into his demon form, his nine tails waving lazily behind him.“I can only use my powers in this form when I`m angry or my friends are getting hurt and I`m afraid that I`ll lose control and hurt them.”

"I see, so what you need to do then is control your feelings when inside this demon form of yours so that even if you are angry, you only aim it at your victims and at the same time, use your powers at will."

Katherine looked at Damion "is something wrong?"

"Well, actually, I was wondering-" Damion went to finish but heard professor Tayrn call his name "I'll ask you later" he smiled, walking towards Joshua. "What is it?"

Katherine walked back out, a bit confused and stood away, watching.

"I was wondering where you went is all" Tayrn smiled, looking at Will again "We'll start with being able to use your powers in this form at will. I'd like you to now concentrate on grabbing these powers, even though you're not upset. Don't rush yourself, stand here as long as you have to and just concentrate on grabbing them" he said.

Damion leaned against Tayrn's house comfortably, his focus on Will.

Will focuses on his powers as his tails get covered in flames and fireballs start hovering above each of his tails.

Katherine watched in wonder, she was so proud of him and she couldn't hold back the smile that spread on her face.

Tayrn was equally pleased with what Will had just done "You did wonderfully!" he smiled "Now, for controlling your emotions when you're under this form, that will be your work for next time. When you're in a situation when you're very upset and you're around friends, that will be the test. You did so well well though, Will, congratulations!"

“Thank you,”Will said as the flames and fireballs disappeared and he shifted back to his human form.

"You're most welcome" Tayrn smiled at him "Well, I must be off now, I'm meeting some friends. You both take care!" he said, waving and walking off.

Damion walked up to Will "You did really well, great job" he smiled, looking at Katherine and smiling at her before looking at the direction Tayrn headed. "So...would either of you like to go for a drink?" he was mostly leaning to ask Katherine but he didn't exactly have the courage yet so he thought he'd just ask them both to make it look more innocent.

Katherine shook her head "No thank you, I'm not really thirsty, what about you, Will?" she asked, looking over at him.

“Maybe some other time,”Will said standing beside Katherine.

Damion nodded "Alright, well, I'll see you guys later then hopefully" he smiled and walked off with his hands in his pockets.

Katherine watched him leave and smiled at Will "I can't believe you took hold of your powers the way you did, that was amazing!"

“I know. I`m just that I can control them now,”Will said to Katherine with a smile.

"Me too" Katherine smiled. She looked around "Would you like to go back now?"

“Yea lets find Kai and we can go,”Will said as they searched for Kai.

Katherine walked beside Will as they went back towards the lively part of the underworld. She saw Kai and Elliott with a group of girls and sighed, going up to him "Kai, Will and I want to go back now"

One of the girl's glared at Katherine "Who do you think you are?! you wait your turn, he saw us first!"

Katherine rolled her eyes "Please, I don't even like him like that, you can have him all you want" she looked back at Kai again "Come on, Kai" she said, dragging him away by the arm.

Kai chuckled "Be right back ladies, she just can't seem to keep her hands off of me"

Katherine slapped him "Apparently not" she muttered

Elliott chuckled, continuing to talk to the girls.

"Alright, alright, let's get this over with" Kai sighed, disappearing with the two and then reappearing back on Earth again. "There, I'm going back to have some fun, try not to miss me too much" he winked at Katherine, disappearing back to the underworld.

“So what do we want to do now,”Will said to Katherine.

Katherine laughed "I'm never good at these things" she looked around "Plus the fact that I've been pretty much everywhere here" she smirked "How about you pick, you can pick our fate" she grinned.

“Lets walk around town until Kai gets back and then we have some fun with him,”Will said to Katherine.

Katherine smirked "Alright, but with all of those girls, it could take a while" she said, beginning to walk.

“I give him an hour tops before he`s back,”Will said as they walked.“I just wish I knew where Raiju went.”

"You miss him, huh?" Katherine asked, looking over at Will, frowning a bit.

“Yea I miss him but he had his reasons for leaving when he did,”Will said as they walked.“But we might meet him again later on.”

"Yeah, that would be nice" Katherine smiled. She then got quiet and started thinking to herself.

Will walked along side Katherine quite and thinking about the 7 years that he spent traveling with his old friend.

Katherine looked over at him and went to say something when Draven walked up to her "Katherine, we need to talk..." he looked at Will "Possibly alone"

Katherine looked confused "Okay..." she looked at Will "I'll be right back" she smiled, walking off a bit further ahead with Draven until he was certain they couldn't be heard.

"Look, there's something I really need to tell you and I need for you to try and understand" Draven said

Katherine felt a bit uncomfortable "What is it? Did something happen?"

Draven sighed "Let me ask you this, how old am I?"

Katherine laughed "Really?"

"Please, answer the question, Katherine" Draven said, looking at her, obviously not amused.

"You're 25, so what?" Katherine asked.

"So...I'm at the age where I don't want to keep travelling anymore, Katherine. I'm thinking about going off on my own. Maybe getting my own house, having a normal life as normal as it can be"

Katherine smirked "Yeah, right, and leave me?"

"Katherine...it's like Raven said, I won't really be leaving you, I'll still be able to see you. And you don't really want to live with your brother, do you?" Draven asked, smiling weakly.

Katherine shook her head "no, you're not serious! You're not leaving! and what do you mean Raven said? She has something to do with this?"

"Now don't get angry with Raven, Katherine. She just brought up something very important with me and I agree with her" Draven replied "Look, you hate how I'm always controlling your life and-"

"No! I mean, I do but I don't want you to be gone! I'm so used to you being around!" Katherine shot back.

Draven sighed "Look. It's just something I'm thinking very seriously about, please don't be upset. Try to understand"

"Yeah, I understand perfectly, Draven. You're leaving me and you're trying to sugar coat it so it won't hurt so much. Well it's fine, leave if you want. I'm used to people leaving me" Katherine said, walking off.

Draven frowned "Katherine!" he said, starting off for her.

Katherine turned at him angrily "Draven, I've never been as upset with you as I am right now. I want to be alone and I don't want anyone to come after me. I think I deserve that one request" she stated, walking off.

Draven frowned and looked at the ground. He wondered if maybe he shouldn't leave her but he knew he couldn't be travelling around forever, it just didn't make sense. He walked up to Will "She wants to be left alone for a while..I'll go after her if she's not back in a few hours" he sighed, walking down to the bar.

Raven ran out to talk to Draven and saw him leaving "Hey, wait up!" she smiled, walking beside him. "What's going on?"

"...I just told my sister...what we'd talked about before...she's very unhappy, Raven. And now I don't know what to do.." Draven walked into the bar, feeling very guilty.

Raven bit her lip, not knowing what to say "Draven, she'll understand if you make that choice. She seems like a smart girl, everything will be okay!" she beamed, trying to cheer him up.

Will follows Draven and his sister in to the bar.“Draven don`t worry about Katherine she`ll be ok,”Will said to Draven.

Draven grabbed a beer and sighed "I see that you're both optimistic when it comes to things" he said, meaning the fact that he and Raven were both telling him she'd be fine but he didn't see it that way. He'd hurt her very badly and he hated that he did. He had a lot of thinking to do. "I don't think she will be, Will...I'm all she has left" he sighed and took a long drink of his beer then set down the bottle.

Raven frowned and sat down next to him. "Draven, just let her have some time to let it all sink in. I'm sure it'll be okay, really. Don't beat yourself up over this, that's not fair to you. You didn't really do anything wrong"

“I know how you feel Raven is the only family that I have left, but I know that she doesn't want to be hanging around me for the rest of her life and I`m fine with that,”Will said standing beside his sister.

Raven grinned "See how easy it is? really, just let her think about it. I'm sure she'll be okay after she's really just thought about all of it"

Draven sighed, smiling a bit then it disappeared again. He still felt horrible. He got another beer ordered and took a drink, looking at Raven and Will "I don't know if I can do it...I'll miss her. And I won't be there to protect her when need be"

Raven smiled "Of course you'll miss her, nothing wrong with that. And she has Kai and Will. I doubt they'd let anything happen to her. But, think about it some more. You don't want to make the wrong choice, just make sure you're happy with your decision"

Draven nodded and went quiet, taking another drink of his beer.

“I made a promise to you that I would give my life if need be to keep Katherine safe and I will keep that promise,”Will said to Draven.

Draven smiled a bit "Thanks, Will, that means a lot to me. You're a good guy." he took a drink of his beer and sighed, walking out with the bottle and going back to the inn, sitting on the couch.

Raven looked at Will "I'm going to go and talk to him some more, I'll see you later" she smiled at him, walking off towards the inn and entering.

Kai showed up at the bar, going up to Will, pretty drunk "Hey there, guess who's back?" he grinned

Elliott laughed "He's not deaf, you can say it a bit quieter"

"Oh, right" Kai chuckled.

“Hey I`m going for a walk. I`ll see ya at the inn later,”Will said walking out of the bar.

"Oh sure, just leave me! Pretend you didn't even miss me!" Kai called after him

Elliott grinned "He's pretty good at pretending" he said, sitting down at a table.

"Shut up" Kai glared at him, sitting down as well. "Oh, speaking of missing me, I've gotta find Katherine!" he grinned

"Maybe you should wait until you're a bit more sober, she might murder you this time" Elliott chuckled.

Will walks to the woods and sits down by a tree enjoying the quietness of the woods as he started to think of Raiju and the personal problem that his friend has.

Damion came back originally to get his brother but when he saw that he was with Kai who was drunk, he decided to go off by himself and enjoy being on Earth for a bit. He walked down towards the woods and saw Will "Hey" he smiled "Do you mind if I accompany you for a while?"
