But, in the end, do you really think I'm going to study?

So I've been going through quite a few emotional religious mood swings lately. And while I was reading/listening to Deathly Hallows, I came across the most amazing passage that struck something inside me. I realized how strongly the text appealed to me. It was just one of those amazing moments I have every now and then.

Anyway, the text:

Anyway.....really, I can't just quote one line and sum up all the feelings by doing so. The whole emotional experience happened over the course of four or five pages. I'll give a summary: Dobby dies. Harry digs the grave, and comes to an understanding.

Harry's thoughts:
"...And if you knew them... what did you know about me, Dumbledore?
'Am I meant to know, but not to seek? Did you know how hard I'd find that? Is that why you made it this difficult? So I'd have time to work that out?'"

I guess it doesn't read now as amazing as it did when I was listening to it. The point is....

The question: Do I really care enough about this class to half-write half-bull shit a stupid article concerning things I really really don't care about?

The answer: No. 

Alright, so I did 30% of my homework that was due at 8 AM today. Silly Adriane thought it wouldn't be due until tonight. -_-
I knew 5 of the questions on the 22-question test. 

So, failed first homework assignment and test of Chem II.
I was waiting for it to happen. Now I can get to work. :) My chem classes always work out like that. I do horribly for the first real assignments, then I get my act together and do really well for the rest of the semester.........hopefully.

Anyway, I'm skipping physics so I can write a stupid article for a stupid class with a stupid professor.

I am sitting in a study area, not studying, rather listening to Deathly Hallows and searching randomly for things to do (other than homework).

Hung out with Alex Brown last night for a little while. That was fun.  Cori and I might get together tomorrow while she's down here.....
