I can officially use the Macs in the Rood computer lab ... and actually know what I'm doing.
Five assignments due tomorrow at 8.
How many of them have I started? Zilch. Zero. Nada.
But House will be on soon.

Yeah, my linear algebra prof is pretty much the coolest person in the world.
My facebook is now in pirate language.
It's very very cold outside.
I have no money to buy a coat.
I'm going to Roscommon tomorrow to shadow Hofer for a day. I get to sit in his class and take notes all day long.
Joy.
Well, LHC blocked facebook, which is kind of reminiscent of high school, but life indeed goes on.
I just wanted to put up a quick update before mathing out my life. I've decided I'm going to learn how to skateboard.

Aubrey, you have changed my life. I am now addicted.
Today, we were outside at school and a kid was eating leaves off of a tree. I asked him why he was doing it, and he casually responded, "I wanted to know what it was like to be a giraffe." I completely understand. MLIA.
Today, I was looking at my statistics book and the first part is called Getting to Know Statistics. On the footnote it stated, "we were going to call this section the Introduction, but nobody reads the Introduction. we feel safe putting this in the footnote, as no one reads footnotes either." Best textbook ever. MLIA
Today, while I was sitting in chemistry, a girl asked if she could have some of my water. After she drank it, I told her with mock horror that she drank dihydrogen monoxide (which is just water). She started screaming and told our teacher. He pretended to be shocked and sent her to the nurse. Then he gave me extra credit. I love chem. MLIA
Today, my teacher was wearing a black tie with small, white skull and crossbones on it. One of my classmates raised her hand and complimented it. My teacher responded, "Thanks! It's my favorite tie because it has the pirate sign and ninjas!" One of the girls next to me said, "I don't see the ninjas." My teacher replied, "Then they're doing their job." New favorite teacher. sooo sick of summer
Uh, yeah. So. School starts soon.
That's going to make...certain things very difficult.
And, by certain things, I mean certain computer games.
Getting to 70 tomorrow!
And getting to bed... right now! lol.
my computer has now blue screened three times in the past 30 minutes

Can't find my glasses, afraid I may have stepped on them

My beautiful, $1400 laptop blue-screened and I have no idea what to do
I now am unable to connect to WoW, and I know for a fact that when I will be able to connect, I will be dead, because my computer blue-screened just as I landed in a field of enemies

I love this woman. When I get to 80 (because it WILL happen, damn it!), I am going to save up teh monies and send her at least 1,000 gold more than she has ever sent me.

So. Life has been what you would call interesting, I suppose.
... More like full of hell. But that's okay. Something very disgusting and absolutely completely embarrassing happened to me the other day. Not the "Oh my God, everyone is going to think I'm so stupid" embarrassing. I actually experienced full-out adult mortification, and I did not handle it well.
Went to the doctor to get it all straightened out. And now I have to schedule a physical for next week. No biggie, I thought. I had physicals all the time in high school. .... Turns out, in the adult world, physical means absolutely different things. I don't think this is fair. I don't clarify myself as an adult, yet. Just a semi-adult. And semi-adults should not have to deal with these things. Noooo way.
Ugh, gross.
Anyway, Heather is going to go with me, just as I am going to go with her when she goes next week.
I worked for only three hours yesterday. It was pretty busy, but Heather and I still got to catch up on our gossip after not having any time together for three freaking weeks. Oh, I felt so bad for Matt, who would catch snippets of our very girl-oriented conversation. His face would turn pale and he'd just walk away. And Heather and I would giggle. Teehee.
Went to Bilbo's last night. It wasn't as fun as it usually was. Glen, Haley and Button were there, of course, but as it's always Craig who invites Zach and I into conversations, and as Craig is currently in Boston, Z and I didn't really fit in. Had some very helpful and informative advice from a friend of Haley, though. That was nice.
Something I must do:
Think of conversation topics my co-workers would be interested in, and integrate them into our WoW and other video discussions. The life of a GameStop employee can not just be video games and food!!!
So I was searching for just silly HP fanvids, because I was in that kind of mood. I found many, of course. But every now and then you come across a jewel in a pile of shiny stones. I have no link to take you directly to the video. In fact, I had to download the video and then download Real Player just to watch it.
The effort was more than worth it.
