GHOST

   There I stand, The world about me Bold color. A relief of contrasts a revelation. Here I stand within the rainbow of humanity, one of the few shades of gray, by far not the only, but few enough to be noticed by each other. We interact with the rainbow as one of them, but separate and unnoticed in time. Wait.. Hold.. One of our cherished shades in the burst of color. They hurt, there minds or troubled. They begin losing luster and we, the few, the ghosts in reality have a chance to shine. We become real, we are finally part of the rainbow for we are needed. We see the pain and go where we are needed. We absorb the gray from the true colors of reality. We take in the pain, the anger, the despair. We take what harm we can and replace our cherished back into the bold reality, we lend our strength for it is was we can do, then once again we slip between the boldness into the grays once again. Ever to wait, as custodians of the life we are allowed to touch. Until once again we are needed, our specialty of helping when needed and fading until needed again.

        Whispers of Thought

The slightest whisper of a melodic memory whispers accosts the vast caverns of my mind. The slightest touch of a single note causing vibrations of thought and counter thoughts until there is a crystal clear image of sight and sound and touch and taste. All condensing into a single pinpoint thought of one. A single entity in a countless cacophony of minds. One shining note in an other wise unimpressive symphony. We shall at last place a name to this star of wonder in a sky of fading light. Megan... A name to be remembered, An entity to be thought of, and a note to be cherished as only family can.
