Boredom, how I love you.

Very tired. Oh look, it's 11pm. Last time I checked it was eight. Time flies. So, what'd I do today?

Well... I drew. A little. Very cool piece I done today, a dark reaver dude with a black wing and a rather intimidating scythe (that's probably spelt wrong), smelling a black rose. (Sounds Gothy. Stick with me.) What made this cool was the fact that I was inspired to do it about 6 months ago, but my skills weren't good enough to come up with a good enough result. Now the sketch I have in front of me is exactly how I pictured it in my mind (well...not exactly, as I haven't given the guy clothes yet). Best feeling in the world. My anatomy has come miles in the last two days.

Done some concept sketches for the guy's face... One kicks ass, but I can't get it looking right/the same as a 3/4 view (it's currently a front view picture). Ah well. I'll keep at it.

Hopefully I'll have broadband this time tomorrow. Wish me luck, yeah?

Well, yesterday I hit the Grand Plaza in search of drawing things. Picked up a sketchbook, a black ink pen thingy, a pencil a rubber and two packs of colour pencils (Crayolas and Faber-Castells; you can't find Prisma here in Australia). All up I think I spent over $50 (which is around $25 US). Sobering experience, spending that much money.

Ah well. What good's money if you don't spend it on things you want? *shrug* But I don't think I'm buying anything else drawing-related until sometime next year.

And I'm gonna make a webpage. Heheh.
