TOMPKINSVILLE – Michael Seth Ford, 19, died Saturday, March 4, 2006.

He was born in Barren County on Oct. 2, 1986, and was a son of Michael Gerald Ford and Kristie Leanna (Ford) Ballard. He was a member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church, and worked at Anderson Brothers Hardwood.

Survivors include his wife, Amber Ann Busey Ford; his father and stepmother, Michael Gerald Ford and Kay Dyer of Tompkinsville; his mother and stepfather, Kristie Leanna (Ford) Ballard and Lester Ballard of Scottsville; two brothers: Tyler Ross Ford and Dylan Blake Ford of Scottsville; paternal grandparents: Gerald and Louise Ford of Gamaliel; maternal grandparents: Joe and Sandy Sisco of Gainesboro, Tenn.; paternal great-grandmother: Dorothy Ford of Tompkinsville; three stepbrothers: Caleb Dyer, Cameron Dyer and Kyle Dyer of Tompkinsville; one stepsister: Leah Rose Ballard of Scottsville.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Tim Lee Ford; his paternal great-grandparents: Henry Ford and Neal and Mona Yokley; maternal great-grandparents: Richard and Lovene Ford and Ralph and Beatrice York.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Strode’s Gamaliel Chapel with burial in the Neal Cemetery at Flippin.

Friends may call until 9 p.m. today and after 6 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may be made at the funeral home for funeral expenses.
