Kids

How many time will we screw up?
Everyday, until they notice.
We aren't kids, who need your love.
But, we do need your support.
The pain we put you threw,
Wasn't because we hate you
It's just we grow and so do you
You can't control our every move,
You wont be there threw our whole lives.
So don't try to start being our friend before we leave.
Yes we will visit.
Yes well have children and we will know how it feels.
But, please don't get involve.
Until we know how you felt.
We work just as hard as you do.
The only difference is we don't get paid to do so.
We get hurt by you guys too.
We hurt you right back
When something isn't fair we stick up for it.
But not all the time whe you're not there.
Don't cry every night cause we stand stronge.
Cry for the courage of us to stay that way.
You think we don't learn from our mistakes but,we do.
And we know we can get away with it from you.
We see what not to do.
We try it anyways.
We have to make sure
That you weren't lying to us.
So we check it out for ourselves.
Like you did on our first date or party.
You may no belive this.
But we do Love you in our on little way.
