Wow, I can't believe I've been an Elfwood member since 2000 and I'm just now getting on Elftown.

This year's crashed through my life quite rudely... I barely had a say in what it's done to me, I felt as though it more or less snatched me by the shirt and pulled me forcefully along.

It's almost over now, at least. I can't believe it's almost Christmas, too... Sweet shingles, I could've sworn I just turned in my first research paper last week, but it was my final paper! It was JUST October. Maybe this is what my parents were talking about when they said that the years pass in a blur as you get older.

Well, I'll have something more interesting to say that doesn't consist of generic ponderings and cliche running amok next time I post.
