So I got a reprieve today. What started off with me getting 5 hours of sleep due to waking up at 6:30, panicking that it was 7:50 (my alarm clock is ridiculously fast), finding out that it was actually 7:00 in the shower (to sum it up, a bad start to the day), ended up alright. Chemistry lab was pathetically easy. Also I got confirmation from the lab director that no chem reports were due today/this week. Too good.

The Flying Spaghetti Monster must've been all, "Damn he's been getting too many meatballs. Time to smooth things out with some lasagna."

I should probably take this chance to get some studying done eh?

I've been having an unnaturally good week. Finished Chem Lab an hour early and did everything perfectly. Got an A on my Research Paper Proposal. Got that job that I wanted really badly. Got bad grammar/punctuation because I got like 5 hours of sleep. Been drinking energy drinks all week. Haven't fallen asleep for any long amount of time in a class. Finished psych research early.

Could this be the turning point in pessimism?  Nah, just wait 'till next week.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!?"
That's how I felt when I got 56% on that chem midterm. Somehow, some kinda azn hax, netted me that mark. Kinda makes me feel like going all the way out to that bowling place again and reenact the night I devirginated drunken public pelvis thrusting.

Shit is still getting real though.

Fuuuuuuuuuucking Shit. Davis releases a primal yalp, along with fuckword after fuckword. Davis could kill everyone

The Chem exam was amazingly difficult. Why why why. All of my friends, azns, thought it was a bitch. I'm thinking/hoping epic scaling. This is the worst I've felt about an exam evar. This is probably a good sign to start getting shit together. Make serious.

Stuck

Sorry, I can’t make it right,
The pen sits from morning to night,
Because it is dead and drained of all life;
To find out the problem, it’s under the knife.
Cut through the bone, the tough outer shell,
Cartilage and lifeblood, splashing pell-mell,
When I finally reach the pen’s brain,
I find to my utter disdain,
It had not lost the ability to think,
But just gave up, and cut its own ink.

Agoraphobe

The world is a frightening place,
As I learned when we met face to face,
It's too fast for me, as it warps and changes,
And all it's people, psychotic, in different ranges,
Sitting here, I am a coward, watching time fly,
The globe spins and seasons go by,
This house provides all I need,
My center for work, play, and feed,
Like chickens in a pen, or a hermit in a cave.
I am slowly digging my own grave.

Funny how people just throw things anywhere like 69, sexy, and shit like that. Putting random punctuation./marks.<3 li-ke thi*s is retarded. If spelling shitty takes so much time, learn it right then, douche. [Omfg pink letters make me look so awesome!1one](maybe they should make clear letters...). Also, using fuck for fucking emphasis. Throw overpriced iPods at them.

Extra lyrics from the live concert version of the song Symbolistic White Walls - Matthew Good

Open your eyes
The nights and days
You close them up and float away
And somehow in between
You gotta master lying to yourself
You back the cause
Get out of school
You get a job
The job gets you
And somehow every day
You end up serving somebody else
If that ain't panic that you're feeling
Well you damn well better start
You can drive it into that head of yours
With that hammer in your heart

I have seem to be more interested in mountain biking right now...AFTER I FIX MY FUCKED UP RIM! Wow...That thing really pissed me off, It wasn't the fact that I was bleeding from my thumbs or bruised in several places, but my rim was bent. A friend fixed it, and two days later, I crashed horribly...Flew over my handle bars and hit the hard asphalt road, lost my slurpee -_-, was bleeding in several places, but interestingly enough, the only thing that hurt my was the fact that it felt like I ripped out all my pubes...There, I said it, and anyone reading my diary right now who shouldn't be, will be surprised. Now it's getting fixed, and tomorrow I will get it back, fixed, then buy some probably uber shocks from my friend, then, I will destroy the whole thing again, and end up losing more than a few hairs. :P

6 A's and 2 B's. Top 25% in the Cayley Math Contest. But yet they don't give me a distinguished honour roll. I'm reduced to a petty shitass honourable mention. The girl that I like is getting two levels higher than me. She's a top scholar. It seems I've lost before I started.

Today I am happy, for a change. I received a 92% in my math provincial exam, thus dragging my B mark (85%) up to an A mark (86%), this for me is amazing. My term 1 math mark was 69%, and dragging it up 17% was an amazing task and for that I shall receive a new computer....hooray!

A better band, and less ignorant than my last entry...
(DRUMROLL IDIOT!)

Matthew Good Band

Why it is good:

1. It's Canadian
2. It doesn't use the same stupid synthesizer that all new pop/rock bands use in today's music culture
3. It isn't a religious band
4. Americans hate it because they think it goes against them, but it doesn't (but they still censor a lot of the parts)
5. The lyrics are deep and thoughtful.
6. the song titles are clever.
7. The concert tickets are cheap.
8. They live 4 hours away from where I live.
9. They have more than 5 albums.
10. They don't fit into any stupid retarded label group...yet.
11. They don't suck live.
12. They deserve more recognization.

Songs:

Alert Status Red
Weapon
Hello Timebomb
Advertising on Police Cars
The Workers Sing a Song of Mass Production
Near Fanastica
Born to Kill
Symbolistic White Walls
Push
In a World Called Catastrophe
The Ocean
Failing the Rorschach Test
Load Me Up
Fated

Actually, now that I think of it, Gorillaz is pretty good too. Their 'funk' entices me...like a drug.

Feel Good Inc.
Dirty Harry
Dare
Clint Eastwood
Dracula
