I was thinking that I was about to find love, yet what I found happened to be not just love, but a mystical occurrence, transcendental guidance and spiritual contact.

I am not babbling out of an overdose of love (though I'm overdosed) I have contacted a wise being, so much that she managed to utterly alter my level of consciousness in just a few days.

trembling with fear, trembling with bliss...

ah yes yes... 'love' was just like this, now I slowly begin to remember after a long long time, as it pulses wild through my veins...

life is just so weirdly beautiful...

I am truly amazed! did this really happen in turkey? *smiles*

a small, unorganized, alternative festival that has happened at the 1st of April, in the very midst of istanbul.

*optimistic smile*

quotes from the goddess:

i doubt that the imagination can be suppressed. if you truly eradicated it in a child, he would grow up to be an eggplant.

if you see a whole thing - it seems that it's always beautiful. planets, lives... but up close a world's all dirt and rocks. and day to day, life's a hard job, you get tired, you lose the pattern.

it had never occurred to me before that music and thinking are so much alike. in fact you could say music is another way of thinking, or maybe thinking is another kind of music.

it is above all by the imagination that we achieve perception and compassion and hope.

it is good to have an end to journey toward, but it is the journey that matters in the end.

love does not just sit there, like a stone; it had to be made, like bread, remade all the time, made new.

morning comes whether you set the alarm or not.

my imagination makes me human and makes me a fool; it gives me all the world and exiles me from it.

the creative adult is the child who has survived.

the only questions that really matter are the ones you ask yourself.

the only thing that makes life possible is permanent, intolerable uncertainty; not knowing what comes next.

the unread story is not a story; it is little black marks on wood pulp. the reader, reading it, makes it live: a live thing, a story.

there are no right answers to wrong questions.

there's a good deal in common between the mind's eye and the tv screen, and though the tv set has all too often been the boobtube, it could be, it can be, the box of dreams.

to light a candle is to cast a shadow.

to me the "female principle" is, or at least historically has been, basically anarchic. it values order without constraint, rule by custom not by force. it has been the male who enforces order, who constructs power structures, who makes, enforces, and breaks laws.

to oppose something is to maintain it.

we are volcanoes. when we women offer our experience as our truth, as human truth, all the maps change. there are new mountains.

what sane person could live in this world and not be crazy?

when action grows unprofitable, gather information; when information grows unprofitable, sleep.

It is reported that in many different regions of the planet, mass bee deaths occured. In Turkey, 1/3 of the bee population is dead.
In USA, Croatia etc.. same kinds of mass deaths or emptied hives have been noted.

This, the scientists say, is most probably from global warming and pollution.

What is even more tragic is that the bees are responsible for the biggest part of plants' pollination.

Albert Einstein speculated in the past that "If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, then man would only have four years of life left."

When no pollination, most of the natural plants will die. Animals are next to follow.

Who would follow them, do you think?

"What Can Change The Nature Of A Man?"

Planescape Torment

I still fail to see any software creation that has the possibility to rival this thingie... accept, maybe Fallout.

regardless of genre, the best 'game' I have ever 'played'. the best story I have ever lived through.
do try it. and let it try you.

and for rpg'ers, this is a must.

hmm I've had this dream..

I and one of my best friends touring around the world. it should be in the near future I think and the world is quite in a bad shape; pollution, wastelands around, the sky always a grayish dark etc..

in one point we come upon a black sea; though the sea is quite rough and wavy, the waves do not move they seem frozen. some people cruise on the unmoving waves and come ashore. we sigh and move on.

after some foggy memories there is this thing; we find a 3d documentary made by aliens at a far future date about humankind. it's like this:

"humans, middle sized mammals, evolved on a lush planet and spread rapidly. they were quite a disharmonious species and harmed their environment beyond repair.

fortunatelly, they became EXTINCT (according to their own calendar) approximately in 99??-11???."

we stare at the flashing dates for a long time.

and I woke up.

once more we have celebrated a miracle of nature.

we danced, stomped and tranced under the moon while she was slowly blanketed by darkness and turned an unbelievable reddish purple. as the eclipse reached its climax we shouted and screamed and even howled. then darkness crept away and gave our beautiful full moon back again. we rejoiced and continued to dance. it was like a dawn within the night till the true dawn came and laid in front of our eyes all the beauty of the place once more: daisies everywhere, rabbits (remember the white rabbit? yep he was also there!) lurking here and there and beautiful people hugging and smiling to each other...

our tribe has met. once again...

may mother gaia feel a little bit better with us celebrating her beauty.

feed. your. head. feed. your. head. feed. your. head.

ps: wish you were (t)here. you know who you are.

a timeless and forgotten place,
the moon and sun in endless chase
each in quiet surrender
as the other reigns the sky...
the midnight hour begins to laugh
a summer evening's epitaph
the winds are getting crazy
as the storm begins to rise...

wild were the winds that came
in the thunder and the rain
nothing ever could contain
the rising of the storm....

in the wing of ebony
darkened waves fill the trees
wild winds of warning
echo through the air...

follow the storm, i've got to get out of here...
follow the storm as you take to the sky...
follow the storm now it's all so crystal clear,
follow the storm as the storm begins to rise...

she seems to come from everywhere
welcome to the dragon's lair
fingers running through your hair
she asks you out to play...

in all of nature's sorcery
the most bewitching entity
hell can have no fury
like the rising of the storm...

follow the storm, i've got to get out of here...
follow the storm as you take to the sky...
follow the storm now it's all so crystal clear,
follow the storm as the storm begins to rise...

blackmore's night - the storm

turn the volume up.
close your eyes.
feel the breath of the goddess of storms.

and what hurts more is that people whom I saw much more than friends, whom I called brother leave me alone and run after their newly found delights.

friendship is a sort of spare time hobby.

a big, black void.

I've just graduated from engineering but decided that this is not what I wanted for a lifetime and found my true purpose in life. my ideal career.

but;

I happened to learn that it was impossible for me to study anthropology because of the section choice I've done in high school. they said that it's irreversible whatever I may try.

how stupid is this? can somebody not regret a choice made at such a young age?

now, I start drifting again like a leaf on a stream. no purpose, no cause to fight back.

void calls for me.

the group's name is yat-kha. the throat singer is albert kuvezin.

very interesting, I think.

"Our emotional state of choice is ecstasy. Our nourishment of choice is Love. Our addiction of choice is technology. Our religion of choice is music. Our currency of choice is knowledge. Our politics of choice is none. Our society of choice is utopian though we know it will never be.

You may hate us. You may dismiss us. You may misunderstand us. You may be unaware of our existence. We can only hope you do not care to judge us, because we would never judge you. We are not criminals. We are not disillusioned. We are not drug addicts. We are not naive children. We are one massive, global, tribal village that transcends man-made law, physical geography, and time itself. We are The Massive. One Massive.

We were first drawn by the sound. From far away, the thunderous, muffled, echoing beat was comparable to a mother's heart soothing a child in her womb of concrete, steel, and electrical wiring. We were drawn back into this womb, and there, in the heat, dampness, and darkness of it, we came to accept that we are all equal. Not only to the darkness, and to ourselves, but to the very music slamming into us and passing through our souls: we are all equal. And somewhere around 35Hz we could feel the hand of God at our backs, pushing us forward, pushing us to push ourselves to strengthen our minds, our bodies, and our spirits. Pushing us to turn to the person beside us to join hands and uplift them by sharing the uncontrollable joy we felt from creating this magical bubble that can, for one evening, protect us from the horrors, atrocities, and pollution of the outside world. It is in that very instant, with these initial realizations that each of us was truly born.

We continue to pack our bodies into clubs, or warehouses, or buildings you've abandoned and left for naught, and we bring life to them for one night. Strong, throbbing, vibrant life in it's purest, most intense, most hedonistic form. In these makeshift spaces, we seek to shed ourselves of the burden of uncertainty for a future you have been unable to stabilize and secure for us. We seek to relinquish our inhibitions, and free ourselves from the shackles and restraints you've put on us for your own peace of mind. We seek to re-write the programming that you have tried to indoctrinate us with since the moment we were born. Programming that tells us to hate, that tells us to judge, that tells us to stuff ourselves into the nearest and most convenient pigeon hole possible. Programming that even tells us to climb ladders for you, jump through hoops, and run through mazes and on hamster wheels. Programming that tells us to eat from the shiny silver spoon you are trying to feed us with, instead of nourish ourselves with our own capable hands. Programming that tells us to close our minds, instead of open them.

Until the sun rises to burn our eyes by revealing the distopian reality of a world you've created for us, we dance fiercely with our brothers and sisters in celebration of our life, of our culture, and of the values we believe in: Peace, Love, Freedom, Tolerance, Unity, Harmony, Expression, Responsibility and Respect.

Our enemy of choice is ignorance. Our weapon of choice is information. Our crime of choice is breaking and challenging whatever laws you feel you need to put in place to stop us from celebrating our existence. But know that while you may shut down any given party, on any given night, in any given city, in any given country or continent on this beautiful planet, you can never shut down the entire party. You don't have access to that switch, no matter what you may think. The music will never stop. The heartbeat will never fade. The party will never end."
