whoopie....-_- it's July 4th....what a boring holiday...

anywho, i got brand new pens yesterday with tips of 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7. sweet eh? I can FINALLY make mah pics look better. i just wish mah drawin skills would improve faster. but to all you artists, there's one real way to practice drawing....DOODLE! for one, you can definitly to it during school *cough*math class*cough* and if ya can keep the same thought for 3 seconds, it's even better for ya!

Awesome! Today i just joined Elf town, and i'm lovin it! it's so cool and i'm thinkin of postin mah fic "Echoes in the Wind" here too ^_^

But anyway, i'm almost finished with the 2nd book of LOTR and i'm at the point when Smeagol is leading Frodo and Sam to the other way into Mordor. I gotta say, i think Smeagol is even more annoying in the book then in the movie, but Smeagol or "Gollum" is a lot more creepier in the movies. He's just so......FREAKY O_O I mean, really? Who wasn't even the least bit creeped-out when Smeagol first started to REALLY come on the screen crawling down a wall hissing "those filthy hobbitses...they stole it! The precious...and we want it back." But mah whole family thinks he has MPD (multiple personality disorder XD)

And out of all the LOTR books is the 2nd one really. It's just so cool! and some of the best lines are in it to!

Ex: "You could 'of picked a better spot" -Gimli
*to legolas* "What's going on?! i can't see!" -Gimli
"Shall i describe it to you...or would you like for me to fetch you a box?" -Legolas

ha-ha! i loved that! and the habit of Legolas and Gimli counting how many ppl they killed and shouting it to each other is also in the book! and everyone is always complaining that they are too long and too descriptive; but really, they're not! i can get a little lost every now-and-then, but it's a very interesting story line, and of course, i love elves! (especially Legolas Greenleaf ^_~)
