Chapter 1: Kidnap in the Night

Kael’s long silver and gold hair ruffled softly in the cool breeze that blew through the open window as he slept in his mansion. Outside his window two masked figures silently flew into Kael’s room landing softly on the plush carpets one grabbing him by his arms.
“Careful!” one of the masked figures says to the other worriedly.
“We don’t want to wake him.”
“I know that, Hitori” the other replied, glaring back.
“Lets just grab him and bring him back to Master.”
Hitori reached for Kael’s golden wings, but he was suddenly kicked into the opposite wall as Kael sprung to his feat alert and ready.
“RUN KIGI!” Hitori cried as he jumped up and began running for the window but Kigi stood strong in front of Kael, face to face.
“So you’re the mongrel half-breed were sent to kidnap.” Kigi said in a seemingly superior voice, as he circled Kael sneering down his nose at him.
“Yeah and you broke into my house while I was sleeping…Which means your going to have to die!” Kael yells, rushing at Kigi and aiming a punch right for his nose but Kigi was too fast ducking swiftly, sweeping Kael’s feet out from under him. Kael fell to the ground hard, baring his fangs at Kigi and lunging for him once again.
All of a sudden, Hitori tackled Kael away from Kigi swiftly causing Kael to tumble onto the ground hitting his head against a corner of a bedside table, knocking him unconscious.
“Thanks Hitori.” Kigi panted, grabbing one of Kael’s arms roughly.
“No problem.” Hitori replied wearily, grabbing his other arm just as roughly as Kigi. They dragged the unconscious adolescent over to the window awkwardly as they spread their humongous blue wings and took flight off into the deep indigo night sky, stars winking at them as they flew into the distance.
Kigi and Hitori had been flying for some time now before a giant sized kingdom high atop a mountain came into view. They flew on, nearer and nearer to the secluded palace, flying in over the quality crafted golden gates and through the huge oak entrance doors, on into the throne room where their master was waiting for them.
“We captured the half-breed like you asked, Lord Moondragon.” Kigi says bowing to his master, tossing Kael in front of the golden throne. 
“Good work Kigi, Hitori.” Moondragon said nobly, not giving them one glance as he kept his eyes on Kael.
“Leave us!” Moondragon yelled suddenly to his two minions, both of them backing out of the room double bent along with the two slave dances, only standing straight once they had gone out of the door and on the other side. Kael woke up groggily with a fright as Moondragon yelled.
“Hello, father.” Kael groaned at Moondragon as he held a hand to his pounding head, getting up slowly.
“Kael…There is a war coming and I need you to fight with us.” Moondragon says rising from his throne carefully, approaching Kael. Kael looked at his father in disbelief, suddenly becoming alert to his surroundings and jumping up, hand on the hilt of his sword as he glared at his father in disgust.
“I will NEVER fight for you Moondragon!” Kael spat at his father.
“Why do you deny me, son?” Moondragon asked calmly, walking towards his son.
“Maybe the fact that you raped my mother and abandoned me has something to do with it!” Kael screamed in rage as he spread his golden wings and took flight towards the giant window.
“GUARDS STOP HIM!” Moondragon yelled. Five archangels with pure white wings tackled Kael from the sky, bounding his arms together with chains that hung from the ceiling.
The chains seem to come alive, twisting and turning making little clinking sounds as they raised Kael higher towards the ceiling.
“LET ME GO!” Kael screamed, struggling against the chains. Moondragon spread his black wings and flew up to his son.
“You will fight for me Kael,” Moondragon snarled, lifting his sons face to eye level. “whether you like it or not.”
Kael bared his fangs at his father and hissed at him, struggling to reach up at him.
Moondragon smacked Kael across the face hard, a look of disappointment and frustration shown across his face.
“Mongrel half-breed…” Moondragon muttered as he glided back down to his throne, settling down upon it putting his head in his hands. Two of the guards that imprisoned Kael walk towards their master. Moondragon looked up at them and quickly gave orders,
“Make sure he has no food or water until he agrees to fight for us.” leaving the throne swiftly and importantly, followed quickly by his guards leaving Kael hanging from the ceiling alone in the dark.

Kael had fallen asleep roughly an hour after he was chained up but he was awoken by a shrill scream as one of his fathers slave dancers the wolf demon girl ran into the room from someone. “Get away from me, Darkstrike!” the slave girl said as a man with long black hair and huge black wings entered the room walking towards the girl. “You will be mine Sheenio whether you like it or not!” Darkstrike said pinning the demon girl to the ground and kissing her forcefully. “Get away from her Darkstrike!” Kael yelled down at Darkstrike. Darkstrike ignored Kael and ripped the top part of Sheenio’s slave outfit off. “Get off me!” Sheenio screamed at him beating against his back but Darkstrike didn’t listen. “DARKSTRIKE I SAID GET AWAY FROM HER!” Kael yelled at him and his eyes began to glow a strange purple light. Darkstrike held Sheenio down but turned his head and looked at Kael. “What are you going to do about little brother?” Darkstrike sneers at Kael. The energy in Kael’s eyes erupted in a thin beam of energy searing Darkstrike’s wing. “MONGREL HALF-BREED!” Darkstrike yells at Kael getting off Sheenio and charging up a dark energy ball.
