If you've been conscious for the past few years, you've probably noticed the insanely awesome art of [deeterhi]. This freelance artist is a contest crushing, water color spitting awesomely talented lady and you really aughta go look at her house! RIGHT NOW!

What is it you do mostly on Elftown?
I love entering contests. I also have made a few myself: The Color of Art but I love keeping up with friends and all their wonderful art projects that they have going on.

Is there a particular thing you like about Elftown, such as a specific wiki?
I really like the Portfolio Contest right now.

Is there a member whose house you really like yourself?
I love artistic people. [Yncke] is my partner in crime on a few comic projects, [Empee] is a sweet girl with an incredible talent with scratchboard, there's always something interesting to look at in [Cassave]'s house, [stuffAEAmade] has a great new comic project up: pilgrim_comic

Have any critique/comments/suggestions/admiration etc. on a specific Elftown matter?
Everybody needs to relax and have more fun. We all come here to de-stress, not add more stress (unless of course you're kinky like that).

What is your message to all Elftowners?
My favorite line comes from Disney's Bambi: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Yarr! ye citizens of Elftown. I bid ye bask in the awesomeness of the Capn' Rachel Black! This Elftown citizen is has a knack for photography as well as roleplaying. Her wildly inventive tales are enough to capture any roleplayer's attention, now on to the interview!

Now where do ye hail from? Extreme Northern Mainland United States. Or as I like to call it: Around a tree, behind a dumpster, and three blocks North of Nowhere.

What be your hobbies? PHOTOGRAPHY! (Rawr!), Writing, Singing (Competitively and Randomly), Occasionaly drawing when I am so moved XD, Sarcasm and Innuendo (It's an art form), Reading Ravenously, Listening to music or rather absorbing it through my pores since I almost always can be found listening to or singing something or other, dancing (not always well mind you XD), and watching films (for review and for fun).

What be yer favorites about Elftown? I love the western wiki I created Sleepy Creek. It's only [Akayume], [Kai Crewger], and myself but we have a great time. I can't forget my "The Wind Arrow" family either, after all it was the birthplace of my namesake. It was the first wiki I ever created and I'm glad I started with such a solid group of RPGers.

Do ya have a favorite house here on Elftown? I like [Akayume]'s house just because I think it really represents her personality and she's an interesting eye for photography :). [Astrid]: His house appeals to me and I'm not quite sure why.

DO ya have any suggestions or comments for the people of Elftown? There are so many fantabulous artists and writers on this sight it boggles me. The fact that I can chat with and admire the works of artists and writers of that caliber makes life where I am that much better, as there are not many people like that (or people in general *_*) where I currently reside. However, like every other active member here who is here for the art and general fantasy, I do get ticked at the people who are just here to cyber/creep and or young adolescents in search for attention by displaying sections of there body I reeeeally don't need/want to see. I mean if I can keep my hormones in check anybody can, trust me XD

And lastly, do ya have a message for all Elftowners? The Game...MWUAHAHAHAHAHAH

This fortnight we are bringing you a feature of [Kuruni] (or Fabi, as an abbreviation of her real name), a wonderfully talented artist who hails from Costa Rica. She's been on Elftown for nearly four years now, and I think we should all be glad for that! Here are some of the things she told us in the interview...


How and when did you find Elftown?
I will try to make it short.

My husband introduced me to the Art of Joseph Michael Linsner www.linsner.com
and I went straight to the forums, there I met Phillip [dilandau] who told me about Elftown, I made a House, participated in my first contests and won some of them, and since then for that and other reasons I took art seriously as a profession :), so I cherish this place as the beginnings of an art career.

When did you discover fantasy?
Since I was born. I grew up with Mom's paintings, Dad's cartoons, Dads music (he plays the Saxophone and Bass like a Real Pro)
My brother was my hero www.freakardo.deviantart.com and still is, at home we never ran off of art tools and paper.

Which are your favourite houses to visit? What about wikis?
Actually, believe it or not, I don't have any. I invite people to recommend me some!

What would be your message to all fellow Elftownians?
Art is the door to our dreams, goals, a door for others to explore your own world. Work hard! never Stop!

[Rainbow Dragonflies], or Kilee, is a lovely young lass from the States. She has quite the interesting, even entertaining, house, but don't be fooled - she can't stand being confined inside. As such, she engages in various outdoors activities and isn't afraid to get dirty. Not to mention the awesome photography she finds the time to take. You'd do well paying her a visit, because one little interview cannot possibly tell you how awesome this girl is. So go! Go now!

What do you usually spend your time doing here?
I spend my time on ET rolling around photography contests and wikis, as well as stalking people's houses (some favorites of mine would be [Cassave], [Viking], [Doormat], [Tingis], and the ever-loved [smakeupfx]).

How long have you been acquainted with cameras?
I've been dealing with cameras since I was 8ish. My dad had this really old Nikon that I can't remember the exact model of. It was really big, and kind of a dangerous thing for an eight-year-old to use, but he let me tinker around with it. I kind of got hooked on that ever since.

What's your message to all fellow Elftowners?
My message for Elftowners is that we rise up and take over the world! :D
... Oh, and also, message strangers more! Everyone loves meeting new people, so spread the looooooove.
