[ Shadowmaster762 ] - I was wondering if anyone good with computer arts programs could suggest a free program OR make me an image. If you can do the latter, I would adore you. The idea i have for the picture is a black-clothed vampire woman with dark brown hair that has dirty-blonde highlights, her fangs protruding a little, standing next to a sign that says "Welcome to New York" on one side and on the other side have writting Rampage Thru NY2 in blood red italicized georgia font. I know that's specific but it's for something specific. Or if someone could suggest a good program to use, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks so much! (It needs to be at least 500 pixels long.)

If you ask really nice you may convince him to color it in Paint on the scanned version instead of using pencils on the hardcopy form.
