I am a Christian. I love Jesus more than I love myself, or anyone else on earth.

But what is a Christian's stumbling block? For me it's denominations of Christianity fighting. What do you believe when both sides sound reasonable? When you are so confused that you're brought to the point of falling on your knees in tears at youth group, begging God to reveal His truth, where do you turn? Has God turned a deaf ear to me? Or is He testing me?

Which truth should I believe? Or rather which lie? One is truth, but the other is a lie. How deceptful the world is.

Thank you Jesus for keeping me sane.

What can you define family as? My English 101 class had a huge debate on the subject last quarter, and many students believed that families were strictly those with blood affiliation to you. But what about me in my world of family? The few family members that I am blood related to, I don't get along with and could probably disown them without blinking an eye. I would die for anyone in my legally adopted family, because they've raised me and loved me when my blood family wasn't always there.

Then there's my blood sisters that I just met less then two years ago. I adore them more than I adore anyone else in this world, but my other blood family hates them. Therefore how can you consider those who have blood relation to you family, when you have a loving and spiritual family that will open their arms to you in a heartbeat?
