Real life is really making my existence on Elftown rather dull...Thankfully I have a computer and the internet again. I'm just finishing up the last bits for the overall background to my series. So yay! I know the plot (obviously) and soon I will have the background mumbo jumbo too! Character descriptions I'll deal with as it goes on...It'll make the stories more interesting. Can't plan out how people are going to interact, ya know? Anywho, I've recently moved...Like a month and a half ago...And I got a second job, and quit the second job. I'm on the verge of adding a new second job, and hopefully I can live through this month as far as my primary job is concerned. Bah...If this were July, they probably would have had me leave until rush...But that's only two weeks away, so it's not that big of a deal. My puppy (a purebred Siberian husky) is an absolute menace today and has tried to eat my kitten too many times...I feel like he did it on purpose so that I couldn't get out the door to go to work. One never knows anything, except that he LOVES me. A bit too much. >_< Well, time to see what I've been missing out on here on Elfwood...

Well, I haven't written in here in like 5 years. So much for keeping it updated. I plum forgot. :P Like I said before, I changed the titles...I also changed what will be stories and what will just be background. Lots of new plots and new ideas have been forged. Currently I'm working on the 5th Generation's story line, which now consists of up to 4 parts. It depends on how long I want to make each part, but it'll definitely have four different sides to the same story. The first story (It's Just the Beginning) has not been touched for the simple fact that there's a lot to be had in the other stories...I only need to write the second (Cursed) and the third (Prophecy's Wake). The fourth is the 5th Generation's 4-parter, which I'm currently dealing with. The story line after the 4-parter is being reworked according to the changes I made in the previous stories and according to the new final outcome...There will be quite the twist! I'm excited. :) That reworked story will most likely be a two-part story, which I cannot exactly recall the titles for them...An Immortal Journey will come afterward with its new title of What Comes After Death. Then the omega is now called To Ruin Again. That is not necessarily a spoiler by the way. I have not exactly decided if I want there to be another story before To Ruin Again or if I just want to make it an epically long one. It would probably be the last depending on the complexity of the story line. Anyway, each of the stories are more or less outlined to some degree. Now that I'm only working and schooling part time I have far more time to work on this delightful series. I'm hoping I can put in more action scenes and develop these far more so that the readers can enjoy each character...The difficult part is that I have many characters. Bahh! It'll be fine though as not all of them will stick around for long periods of time. Well, back to writing!

So this is the first time I write in here. Yesterday I completed It's Just the Beginning, and I was so fricken thrilled. Ever since I came back from living with my sister for a month and half (arrival date was the first Tuesday in August) I've been retyping and editing An Immortal Journey. That stupid thing is becoming a book right underneath my eyes. I've made a commitment to myself about detailing characters. I hate it soo much, but it helps the imagination.

I've also found out how many stories are in the Eiren Series. The number is ten unless I decided to combine the fourth and fifth ones. If you're curious these are the titles to look out for: It's Just the Beginning; Cursed; What Comes After Death; Royal Embrace; All For Refuge; The Lost Generation; Untold Lives; The Roginsthage Story; An Immortal Journey; and In the End, Anything's Possible. Story titles are subject to change, but this is just to stray away from saying "Book #4 is coming along great."

I don't know if you noticed or not, but I hate writing in order. But anyways, I'll try to keep this thing updated. ~Mindy~

Okay, so here I was just sitting around...and talking online...Then my computer freaks out on me, and it disconnects my internet. I try to reconnect, but it wouldn't let me...That's when the message of all messages pops up, "System will restart in 1 min..." and continues to count down. I let it restart, but within minutes of getting back on, the thing pops up again. So I get angry at my laptop, and I shut it down completely for like half an hour. Then I try it again, but nothing happens. My laptop freezes at the start up. After hitting it a couple of times, I give up and get it checked out. Turns out my laptop had a virus...go figure. Now it's going to cost $120 (American) to fix it. A jobless girl like me can't afford such a thing! Thankfully 'tis the season for giving me money, so in a couple of weeks (when I cash a money order) I'll be able to go online on my laptop, and upload my stories and chapters on Elfwood. I hate how safe mode doesn't allow me to go online!
