Draw the council

The Elftown council has expanded somewhat since [Elisandra] drew the current picture detailing its members (the one in the council's page). Because we now have nearly doubled that number of Crew Members, we have decided that it was time to get a new council picture, and who better to draw it than our fellow Elftowners. And so we, the council, are proud to present 'Draw the Council', where you get to try your hand at drawing us.
