Species: Caprioles Demon

Appearance: Aron is tall, but averagely built. He has black hair that is very curly, but essentially short. He also has two wavy horns on his head that are generally fairly short (yes, they do change). His eyes are usually bright and quick, but they change color frequently, often matching his moods, though whether this is his own doing or just something that happens naturally is unknown. Most often they appear to be a spring green. He has handsome features otherwise, with faintly pointed ears and a mouth that's often grinning. However, in that mouth he has very sharp teeth, so the grin can be a little frightening, whatever his intentions. His clothes change to suit the occasion, going from casual (a lightly decorated tunic and simple cloth pants and boots) to very formal for the courts.

Personality: His personality is rather unpredictable. He makes split second decisions about a person often, and bases how he acts towards that person based on that decision. If he determines you to be a friend, he is cheerful (though perhaps a little easily distracted) and almost overly-eager to help in any way he can. If he sees you as an enemy, you will probably be dead soon anyway, so don't worry about it too much. There is a secret side to him too, though, that he doesn't show anyone, where he is actually very serious, focused, and determined.

Strengths/Weaknesses: He's fast, powerful, and very intelligent. He'll analyze a situation quickly and make whatever choice he feels is best. Indecision is something that rarely occurs to him. Though he more often than not chooses the correct choice (as said, he's smart), on occasion this backfires and he crashes very hard. Also, as his personality is so hard to pin down, he can unintentionally scare some people off, which leaves him with very few true friends and more wary friends. The fine balance he plays in both spying and paying homage to the Faerie Courts also causes him to sometimes be forced into decisions he'd rather not make, so the entire game he plays there can be considered a sort of weakness.

Magic/Weapons: Being a demon, he's got quite a bit of magic. His species, though, is more fond of energy magic than anything elemental. He uses energy to move objects and people as he needs (or to throw energy at his enemies), or to put up shields- though holding something still like that makes him very tired. It's easier to push something than it is to pull, as well. There's a little bit of fire magic that he learned years ago, but he only uses that to light his pipe. If he uses too much energy, a mysterious pattern will appear on his skin (there's a reason for this, but it's a secret for later on). He also has a slight psychic ability, but it's vague and he can't really control it. On occasion he'll have a weapon, as he does own a sword and two daggers, but they're not always on him, since to get into the Faerie Courts he has to be unarmed.

History: Aron's lived for many years, though just how many he's never told. Originally, though, he was from West Ensin, where there's a large population of Caprioles demons. From what can be gathered, he had a normal childhood in his family's community, and struck out on his own when he was old enough to handle it. He's been all over Ensin, and somehow finally found his way to Lirent, where he now lives. His main job has been as an assassin, at which he excels and he is currently the best in North Ensin. His side job is as a courtier, which basically means he attends to the Faerie Courts, almost as an adviser. Most of his history remains untold and mysterious, as he chooses. He has to keep his skeletons locked away, to gain the trust of the Faeries he spies upon. He is part of the resistance movement against the Faerie takeover of North Ensin, but this is unknown to everyone but himself and one other person. Surprisingly, he is rather religious, taking the demon gods and goddesses very seriously and praying to them frequently. Whether this has helped him or not is hard to say- but then again, he's remained alive for a long time in a dangerous business.
