White Magic II

Spells:

Premonition
Required Ranks: 80; Energy Cost: 40; Casting Time: 1 minute
Description: Caster may ask a yes or no question about the future which the GM answers truthfully to the best of his ability.

Greater Healing
Required Ranks: 90; Energy Cost: X; Casting Time: 1 minute; Range: touch
Description: Heals X points of damage where X is the amount of energy used to cast the spell.

Restore Order
Required Ranks: 90; Energy Cost: 100; Casting Time: 1 minute; Range: the caster’s immediate area (room, alley way, etc.)
Description: The immediate area of the caster (room, alley way, etc.) is restored to how it was the last time it was in order. For example, a library room, which had been through an earth quake, would have all damage repaired and the books returned to the shelves in proper order. In an abandoned armory full of rusty blades and cobwebs, this spell would clean away the cobwebs and restore the blades to as good as new. Items that have been completely destroyed can not be restored by this spell. Creatures are not affected.

Armor of Faith (Aura)
Required Ranks: 90
Description: So long as this spell is on mage’s spell list, mage gains +20 to Threshold and +80% to Armor Factor.

Shield of Peace
Required Ranks: 100; Energy Cost: 60; Casting Time: 1 action; Duration: 1 minute; Save: will check vs. Spell’s Power + 20
Description: Living creatures can not attack the caster so long as the caster does not attack.

Regenerate Limb
Required Ranks: 100; Energy Cost: 50; Casting Time: 10 minutes; Range: touch
Description: Target body regrows a dismembered limb. The limb is fully functional.

Extended Recuperation
Required Ranks: 100; Energy Cost: 80; Casting Time: 1 hour; Duration: 14 days; Range: Touch
Description: Target’s Healing Rate quadruples and gains a +100 bonus to Fortitude checks against disease or poison.

Damage Reflection
Required Ranks: 110; Energy Cost: 40; Casting Time: 1 action; Duration: up to 1 minute; Save: avoid vs. attack
Description: The next time damage is dealt to the caster, an attack with accuracy equal to Spell’s Power + 10 is made against the source. If it succeeds, the damage is instead dealt to the source. When this happens, this spell ends.

Circle of Healing
Required Ranks: 120; Energy Cost: 2X; Casting Time: 1 minute; Range: 3 lurk radius from caster
Description: Heals X points of damage to all with in range where X is half the energy used to cast the spell.

Angelic Wings
Required Ranks: 120; Energy Cost: 70; Casting Time: 1 action; Duration: 4 hours; Range: caster’s person
Description: Target sprouts a pair of wings from her shoulder blades which enable her to fly at a rate of 30 lurks. Caster may lift up to 500lbs when this spell is in affect.

Healing Aura (Aura)
Required Ranks: 140
Description: So long as this spell is on a mage's spell list all those around her (and herself) heal at 5 HP an hour faster.

Full Heal
Required Ranks: 140; Energy Cost: 100; Casting Time: 1 minute; Range: touch
Description: Target recovers all hit points.

Circle of Battle Healing
Required Ranks: 140; Energy Cost: 100; Casting Time: 1 action; Range: 5 lurk radius from caster
Description: Heals 45 points of damage to all allies within range.

Raise Dead
Required Ranks: 150; Energy Cost: 500; Casting Time: 1 hour; Range: touch; Save: will check vs. Spell’s Power
Description: Target corpse returns to life. The newly restored target begins life with one hit point. Corpses that are missing limbs or otherwise heavily damaged bear the same problems when it comes back to life. If a corpse is damaged beyond recognition it can not be brought back to life with this spell.

Armor of Faith IV (Aura)
Required Ranks: 160
Description: So long as this spell is on mage’s spell list, mage gains +30 to Threshold and +150% to Armor Factor.

Quick Recuperation
Required Ranks: 160; Energy Cost: 150; Casting Time: 1 hour; Duration: 30 days; Range: Touch
Description: Target’s Healing Rate is set equal to her maximum hit points and gains a +250 bonus to Fortitude checks against disease or poison.

Sun Beam
Required Ranks: 180; Energy Cost: 150; Casting Time: 1 action; Range: 10 lurks; Save: avoid check vs. Spell’s Power + 10
Description: A brilliant beam of light comes down from the heavens and smites the target, dealing 300 damage. This spell still functions if there is no sun in the sky and indoors.

Greater Premonition
Required Ranks: 180; Energy Cost: 65; Casting Time: 1 minute
Description: Caster may ask a question about the future which the GM answers truthfully to the best of his ability in 20 words or less.

Resurrection
Required Ranks: 200; Energy Cost: 600; Casting Time: 10 minutes; Save: will check vs. Spell’s Power + 10
Description: Target soul returns to life in a new body which is identical to its original except that it is in perfect condition save genetic problems and age. The caster need only know the soul’s name and some basic information about the person.
