Abilities/powers: Along with his extraordinarily high intellect, Chester was also born with the ability to control people's actions. His soothing, gentle voice can easily persuade the hardest of hearts and the most determined of wills. As long as someone can hear his voice and understand what he's saying, they will be under his control.

General appearance: Chester has graying, black hair that is typically slicked back with baby seal oil. His eyes are brown and often glinting with hope. He is 6 feet tall and fairly thin.

Additional Appearance: Wrinkles.

Personality: Chester has a very warm and calming personality. He enjoys helping others and teaching children valuable lessons about financial conservatism and how to be fiscally responsible with their allowances. He's quite friendly and overwhelmingly charismatic. He's agnostic, but still believes that religion is an important aspect of life. Despite being such an awesome guy, he's still somewhat reclusive and mostly keeps to himself.
 
Special Skills: A very talent chess player, Chester quickly rose to the title of Grandmaster at the age of 14. He's also a very successful pianist and organist and enjoys playing the works of Mozart, Bach, Debussy, and Liszt.

Place of birth: Midair over Wisconsin, while his mother was skydiving for some reason.

Brief History: At the age of 24, Chester ran for mayor of his hometown and won. He spent the next few years gaining knowledge and obtaining ties with wealthy businessmen and prominent politicians. At 35, Chester ran for governor of whatever state he's from and won. After a few years of that, he became a senator. In 2008, he decided to run for president. While campaigning, he stopped by the mansion to hand out buttons and ask for support. He was mistaken for an inquiring student and taken in. He never got around to correcting anyone, so he still remains at the mansion, enrolled as a student.
 
Relatives: They're all dead. Probably.
