The Council Court

A large circular room, in the center are shackles and chains to hold those who the council charge. Directly in front of the chains is a large highbacked chair, a dark aura drifts around it along with a sense of power. The chair has carved clawed feet and a demons head at the top. At times the ruby eyes seem to glow with anger as the gaze at a helpless victim. Other chairs fan out in opposite directions from each wing, running from the next highest in power to the lowest and newest council member.
