the Darklight Moon Suite is one of the two rooms ment to stay unlocked, and as such, only the Cafe Manager has the keys. This doesn't prevent people from coming in and messing things up, but it's only ment for simple roleplays or stories anyways. Every so often there might be a collective author story or contest held here as well.
