Quick Facts
Appearance...
- Lavender colored scales, with ornate violet patterns within them.
- Two-Headed, not in the traditional way. Amphisibaena have no tails, only a head at each end of their serpentine body.
- Very powerful magical qualities make this wyrm dangerous to hunt, but with their distraction towards each other they are rarely aggressive.
Habitat...
- Centra Archipelago, particularly the island of Great Atoll.
- Mostly live deep into the jungles of the island.
- Amphisibaena meander out in the open, rarely feeling the need to hide from threats.
Behavior...
- Bickering between the heads causes a regular amount of hissing between the two.
- Rarely will two heads of the Amphisibaena cooperate with each other as they both feel that the other has less control of the shared body than they truly have.
- Mostly avoided, because predators are confused as to which end of the amphisibaena to attack. So while they are rare, it is almost never predatory related.
