Clothing: A dress uniform police coat - the sleeves have been torn off, but it has most of the brass buttons and the badge is intact; under the coat she wears a rainbow striped, long sleeve rayon shirt that hangs down to mid-thigh. Her skirt was long and willowy, once, but now it’s torn raggedly just below the knee, flaring over the top of stained carpenter pants. She usually wears a stiff captain’s hat; it’s deep navy blue cloth made shiny with age and wear.

Body: She is tall and thin, about 5’ 10”, 123lbs. Her straight blonde hair is kept short in an old fashioned bob. Inga has ice blue eyes rimmed by almost invisible blonde eyelashes. She is small breasted, with a high waist and long legs. 

Weapon: She carries a double barrelled Winchester in a sling across her back, a tiny Derringer .22 in a thigh holster, and a truncheon on her belt.

Personality: She believes mankind can overcome any difficulty, any obstacle – there is nothing to stop man but man himself. The only way to peace and ascension is unity, with a capital U. She has dedicated her life to preserving and rebuilding the world and nothing will stop her. If others refuse to put their faith in Authority and their efforts to the good of the System, they must be forced to. Any who refuse are simply obstacles in her path, deserving nothing but death. Her demeanor is business-like and efficient, serving as an adequate cover for the lost child beneath. 

History:  She grew up living with different relatives and family friends, shipped from one unwelcoming home to another every few weeks, or months. Her parents could not care for her, their duties didn’t allow for it. When she decided she was old enough, she joined the peacekeepers. Her mission now is to bring the rebels in peacefully or destroy them if they refuse. She is VERY thorough.
