Surrounded by raised seating but separated from it by panes of glass is the operating stage, specifically designed for surgeries to be performed in full view of an audience. The ceiling is fairly high with movable, drop down lights coming down between large squares of fluorescence highlighting the brilliant red splashed across the floor. Between the tipped over gurney and the scattered medical equipment sitting in shallow pools of blood, all signs point to something gone horribly wrong. At the back of the stage are various machines and recording devices that are still humming with life.
