Powers: Not all powers are known, but this rune has the power to bring those it killed back to life as ghouls.
Effects: Vamperism, which includes: Supernatural Strength, Supernatural Speed, Supernatural Endurance, Blood Lust, Sensetivity to light, Affinity for darkness, Immunity to poison and psionics, Resistance to magic (refers to natural magic only, rune magic has full effect). Other effects are still being discovered.
