Clothing: Her usual wardrobe could be considered a uniform. Black military fatigues and matching trench. Being slightly obsessive compulsive she keeps her uniforms starched and pressed as best she can. She has short cropped black hair an mildly tanned skin. If not for her attitude she could be considered attractive.

Weapon: The two weapons that never leave her sides are two 40mm semiautomatic Glock. The magazines contains 18 rounds each and are worn in shoulder holsters under her left and right arm. A 9mm Glock mini containing 9 rounds is housed in an ankle holster on her right leg. Due to her military training she is skilled in all basic forms of combat including martial arts and tactical weaponry. She prefers glocks for their relatively simple design and ease to maintain.

Personality:  Cold as ice. She has no personality to speak of and is a very calculating person. Things must be specific and perfect at all times.

History: Raised in a staunch military home things where strict for Rachel. She attended military school from age 9 to 21. Completing special forces training as well as a slue of tactical and officer training. A rule breaker she was not. She was often hated as a tattle tale and being best at everything. As civilization began to unravel she was stationed in combat zones and hotspots usually after things had gone out of hand. Her duty was cleanup and organization. Rebel cells where quickly exterminated and earned her such as a nickname. She was charged with her current station after several failed attempts at exterminating the current active cell in this section of the city. To the dismay of Drago she now outranks him as Captain.
