The Four Circles: Rules

I don't like bossing people around, but this is where I insist on some rules for the game. These are simply to ensure that everybody has the best possible time in the world of The Four Circles.

1. No power-playing
Its a major one. Most RPers know what this means, but to those of you who are new to it, this refers to controlling the actions of characters other than your own, even NPCs (Non-player Characters). If you make an action against another character, let the other player decide (or the GM) so that the game can be played fairly. Posts that break this rule are deleted.

2. Be patient
Goes with Rule 1. If you are waiting for another player, remember that we are all based in different timezones, so please be patient.

3. No adult content
If you wish to cyber with someone in a role-play situation, feel free to do that on a private page. In this wiki, we keep it to a PG level. Some swearing is allowed, and blood and violence is expected (in a written form of course!) but sex should be behind closed doors, as some players may be minors.

4. Read up on your character!
The way you play should fit the character you have, so please read up on the histories and culture of the land your character comes from. No sense in making a character that doesn't fit in with the world we play in.

5. No invincible characters
If your character is facing someone obviously more skilled than them in a fight, take a few hits. You'll be surprised how much more fun it is to play someone who is injured than a perfect fighter. This also applies to things such as characters who carry around tonnes of equipment. Let's keep it reasonably realistic.

6. Spell correctly
Some spelling mistakes are allowed, as are grammatical errors, but to those of you who cannot write English competently, then I am afraid this wiki is not for you.

7. [Rock Thine World]'s judgement is final
Any abusive players, or those who break the rules often, shall end up with their characters deleted, and the player banned. Arguing will probably not help. However, you will be warned long before any action is taken.
