Physical Appearance He bears the resemblance of a small child, a small friendly child with an eccentric taste in clothing as most children have. He always wears large hats and expensive looking green coats that button up in strange styles which seem to make no sense. His hair is a rich brown and flicks out from beneath the hat, his face is stark white and his eyes large, coloured a menacing blue. His face is bright and open, usually smiling and all together misleading, he holds a perfect kind facade that covers his more darker feelings inside.
Personality People under estimate him because they think he's a child and even then think he is capable of no harm when in fact, he is very capable of every evil. He gets reality and fantasy mixed up sometimes confusing dreams with the real world, he tends to ramble and jumble his sentences making up random words which no one else can understand. Behind that grinning nice face of a child lays a killer just waiting to jump out, however he is very good at controlling that side of him and for the most part is a ray of sunshine, not many people see past his light self and most people are mislead to believe he is naive and childish.

Raziel possess complete control over the forces of winter. He can summon great, violent winds to freeze his opponents dead in their tracks. Using those same winds, he can carry himself aloft, and even “fly”, employing the wind currents to propel himself. The maximum speeds at which he can travel have yet to be ascertained.
Raziek can cause the temperature of the area he occupies to drop far below freezing. The maximum radius of this ability remains to be determined.
He can project shards of ice, boulders of snow or ice rain, all of which make remarkable weapons and can subdue most foes easily. He is also capable of creating thick ice shields which can deflect several projectiles and protect him from fire attacks.
Depending on the degree to which Raziel employs his powers, his physical form will begin to ice over. This is apparently not harmful to Raziel, and is simply a resulting side effect of using his powers.
Raziel is completely impervious to the cold and can withstand drastic drops in temperature and pressure. This is presumably essential to his ability to employ his powers.
