Rui took a seat at the bar inside the tavern, noticing Shani had disappeared, figuring she spotted a shop somewhere, he ordered himself a drink, dropping some coins on the counter as he sat there waiting.

A man half drunk stumbled over to Rui's table and looked at him as he took a gulp of his drink and glared. "your in my seat pretty boy!" the man stenched of alcohol, and bad odor. his intentions seemed clearly to cause a fight. It was very clear this man was no one of importance, but non the less a problem waiting to be solved.

Espin, who now sat alone due to Yasai's sudden bail, had also noticed Rui's arrival. She sat at her table for now, eating her meat dish slowly and sipping at her water, just observing the goings on in the pub. Rui was worth a pretty penny, and she would get that bounty. When the large, obviously drunk oaf approached, she leaned back in her chair and crossed her ankles, deciding this would be an amusing show.

Sipping his drink Rui didnt bother to even look at the man as he sat there a moment before letting out a sigh "I am really not in the mood for this, I suggest you walk away." Rui spoke as he finished the rest of the small shot he had, pushing the glass towards the bartender, motioning for another one.

The drunken man obviously not pleased with this notion, looked back at a few friends, and nodded to them, causing them to wonder over slowly, as he grabbed Rui's shoulder roughly, and scowled. "Don't you ignore me traveler...now your in my seat, im going to tell you one last time, get the hell out."

Rui had one hand on his drink, the other has slipped into his jacket unnoticeabley, and the second the mans hand touched rui's shoulder, a shot was fired through the inside of his black coat into the shoulder of the large man, spinning around as he stood up drawing his revolver from inside the coat pointing it the couple friends that had wandered over, his foot firmly on the throat of the drunken man who was on the floor. "..You guys look smarter then your friend here" he spoke stepping down a little more firmly on the guys throat "id advise rethinking what you do next." Rui spoke to the friends.

Espin had watched the goings on silently, a small smirk curling up the corners of her full, ruby lips. The pub was very quiet now after the gunshot. She slid out from her seat fluidly and walked towards the group with a sway in her hips, her eyes locked on Rui. "Now now..." she cooed, her sultry voice making the friends of the brainless oaf look at her. She used one, emerald-painted nail to push Rui's gun down and away, her eyes on the others now. "There's no need for violence, is there? I mean... you're regulars here, after all. I'd hate for you all to lose your bar membership discounts." she said, then slapped some money on the bar. "Have a round, on me, and walk away in one piece."

The men look at each other and then at their friend under Rui's boot gasping for air and making all kinds of painful sounds. As they were unsure what to do the drunken and clearly beaten man on the ground, drew a hidden knife from his sleeve and thrusted it towards Rui's leg that was putting pressure on his neck.

Quickly moving his revolver, Rui shot the man point blank in the head before the knife made contact with his leg, causing his arm to fall limp before the knife broke skin. his eye refocused on Espin for a moment before he holstered his weapon. With out even a word to Espin, he tossed some money on the counter to cover his last drink, and headed towards the exit to the tavern.

Making her way towards the tavern, Shani blinks a moment when she nearly bumped into Rui. With a twitch from her tail she looks him over before peeking into the tavern to see the downed men then back at Rui. "Didn't get any blood on the uniform, did you? You know that's always a bugger to get out of the fabrics."

Rui sighed a little and shook his head "No, but" he stuck a finger through the bullet hole in his coat, before he started walking again back towards the hanger, mumbling "I really liked this coat"

"I can always repair it when we get back." Shani easily hurries after him but not before shooting and ugly glare at the men in the tavern, baring her teeth at them.

red lights start to flash on the walls, as a loud siren starts to burst repeatedly echoing down the hallways. all doors begin to seal and lock shut in a systematic order, as panic starts to erupt. The sound of soldiers running through the hallways and corridors can be heard from the opposite side of the station. A womans voice can be heard on the loud speakers. "This is not a test, Code black, This is not a test, Code black, This is not a test, Code black..."

Rui stops dead in his tracks, soldiers coming from everywhere, moving protectively to position Shani a little behind him..his eyes focused on the corridors as the soldiers flooded into the main drag.

Ears back, Shani was so alert that her muscles were ready for any action she may need to do. Looking around, she curses in various languages. "What the bloody hell is going on?? Who set off a Code Black?!"

A tear gas grenade bounced out from around the corner and rolled towards them as they could hear muffled talking from soldiers wearing gas mask. as the gas dispensed lasers could be seen from around the corners of the corridor.

As soon as Rui saw the grenades he quickly turned pushing Shani through a near by door into a shop like building, fireing off 4 shots behind him at the lasers, hearing at least one of them hit a soldier as he ran into the store, the doors air locked behind him, forcing the guy behind the counter to enter the door lock code, then shooting the locking panel, glancing around as he heard the coughs of the people trapped in the gas outside the shop "..little harsh for one drunk" he mumbled as he popped the cylinder of his revolver open, emptying the six empty shells, and replacing them before closing the cylinder.

"Okay can someone explain to me what the hell is going on?" Digging parts and pieces out of her clothes and the fur of her tail, Shani assembles a weapon. "Did you piss someone off again?"

The sound of a drill could be heard outside the door, and a loud thud on the door its self. The voice of two souldiers outside the door could be heard very clearly. "Charge set!" "Blow it, Alpha on me!"

As soon as the charge blew the door, a bullet came flying out of the smoke cloud into the head of another soldIer, the sounds of foot steps could be heard from inside the shop as a silhouette appeared walking through the cloud as Rui emerged, his revolver in hand as he walked out into the main street calmly and slowly, his eyes moving from soldier to soldier as they surrounded him. "So, whats this about boys?.. I hardly believe this extreme is necessary for that drunk I killed earlier."

"Why would I not be surprised if that drunk was a higher up?" Shani smirks a bit as she follows him, her own weapon ready for action. "Kinda sad if you think about it."

The men seem scattered in thoughts, some had swet running down their foreheads, while others had a death glare on the two. One man whispered to another "this isn't right, these people are just looking for safety from the federation, were supposed to be the good guys!" The mixed feelings could be seen, some of the men were obviously confused. Something was not right, the soldiers behind the soldiers in the front row could be heard clicking their safeties off. as some of the soldiers questioned their orders, one soldier started to yell at the men. "That was before, this is now, if you want to survive you have to accept our new leadership. now we have a few valuable targets on this station and some very expensive hardware docked on the station that im sure the Federation is going to want. Lets make it happen!"

Rui suddenly burst out laughing as he stood there, almost keeling over a bit. "Oh you have got to be kidding me....you guys sold out? really? unbelievable..." still laughing as he raised his watch to his mouth "now RED" he spoke into the a little comm like device on his wrists, the lights in the station flicker a bit before the security doors that where shut and locked opened up, and a voice was heard over the comm system female in nature although there seemed to be a bit of struggle over the microphone "..no red, red i got it! stop!..oh.. the feed is live! damn it red!..umm Good afternoon soldiers of station omega! This is Carla of the Battleship Starfyre, My companion RED has you're system under his control, and I currently have a particle beam cannon charged, and locked onto your station...I suggest standing down, and letting my captain through. He has no problem being blown to bits instead of being taken prisoner." the voice spoke, as Rui smirked a moment before looking up "..wait what?"


Rubbing the bridge of her nose, Shani gives a dramatic sigh. "The captain may not have a problem with being blown up to particles but I happen to like being intact. Or at least go down fighting as my fluffy tail vaporizes."

A volley of gunshots is heard as the first row of soldiers fall over dead, the second row holding their rifles with smoking barrels. Now all pointing at Rui as the ones who are left obviously do not object to their orders. "Lay down your weapons or we will just collect the bounty for your dead body."

Rui eyes widen as the row of soldiers in front of him fell to their knees, before falling face first dead. Stareing at their bodies a moment, before he refocused on the soldiers infront him, the ones with smoke coming from their barrels "..You bastards..." he spoke before carla was heard on his watch, saying the starfyre was in position. His grip on his revolver tightened, every inch of him wanted to slaughter these mutineers, glancing back a shani he sighed softly. "..Do it Carla" he spoke into his comm, every light in the space station suddenly just turned off, in the darkness two small white flashs where seen, before the lights came back on, Rui and Snani where gone, and the soldiers had control of their station systems again..
