Description:
I came to this website to learn more about fantasy languages and scripts. I am an avid tabletop gamer in D&D and Pathfinder. I Like to flesh out my characters, as it were, by giving them back stories, families and professions other than just adventurer.
I am currently playing a Dwarven cleric of Sarenrae who is a stone-cutter and rune scribe, soon to be glyph scribe. I wanted to see what Dwarven runes and glyphs might look like and assign them powers and effects.
As a Dwarf I am not very good looking and somewhat shocking and freaky to look at since I am a rare Sacred Dwarf. My skin is very pale, almost like Carrera marble and my eyes cloudy gray with no pupils, so that I appear blind, however, I am able to see in total darkness. I have no hair and my beard is replaced by silver adornment attached to my chin with chain links grown into my skin. My head is adorned with a metallic headdress much as a Ferrangi would wear, but in silver and perhaps a bit less elaborate. As you can see, my chances at male companionship are next to nil.
And if that weren't enough, as centuries old Dwarven prophesy has stated, I have come to rescue my fellow Dwarves and others from a dying red sunned planet in a story arc we call "Dying Sun Redemption". Messiah complex just doesn't become me, as I am stoic and shy in most instances and I am not prepared for all the adoration from the Dwarves of that region and more are coming every day. Aside from my "interesting" appearance, this also puts me out of a lot of people's league in the dating department. What is a poor girl to do?
Well, that's me in a nutshell.
